Beware of this window company!!!!!! Their service turned into an absolute nightmare. After arranging for them to repair a broken window in my home, I was left utterly disappointed. The supposed fix left behind a scene straight out of a horror movie: ghastly gaps and ominous holes riddling the once-solid frame, creating a draft that permeates every corner of the room. It's been an agonizing three weeks of relentless pursuit for a solution, with each call met with false promises of callbacks and no-show appointments. It's as if they vanished into the night, leaving behind a trail of shattered hopes and shattered glass. Save yourself the anguish and stay far, far away from this company.

They sent me a contract that had a mistake in the scope of the work. I emailed twice asking for them to correct it in which case I would be happy to proceed. No reply. I called and spoke to a lovely woman who said that Tony would get back to me. He never did.

the man who did the framing was excellent; the assistant who did the painting not too good but it turned out alright. Otherwise this company was top notch - showed up when they said they would, completed the job in a timely manner and the office was very responsive
