I had to replace two units and of the four quotes that I obtain South Florida Ducts was the most thoughtful really recommending what was best for our home and giving us budget conscious options. They were able to install the next day. We experience an issue related to the pre-existing drain pipes and they returned later that same Friday night to stabilize the issue. They followed up again that Monday to ensure that the issue was completely resolved. JEREMY, the owner takes great pride in his business and absorbed additional cost. Each of his team members that he sent out were, extremely professional, personable, and kind. They were also the most competitive regarding price without sacrificing quality.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Getting your AC replaced, especially when itβs already dead, is scary and it feels like everyone is a shark out to get you.
From the first moment I could tell these guys were different. They came in (with no sales dude in tow!) checked it out, and gave me a no BS quote. Not only was it lower than other companies, it included everything and they installed same day.
If anyone ever asks me for AC guys I will be bending over backwards to recommend SF Ducts.

I called about 5 different companies, all of them told me that I had to change the entire unit or replace a ver y expensive part. They went to my property, check the ac and actually provide with a good diagnostic, send me the quote por the repairs and fix the problem. All for a great price!

The air quality in our home is so much better and my breathing (I have asthma) is vastly improved. From my time of contact until services were completed was about 4 days. Prompt and great service.

They probably saved me from a health hazard when they did a free inspection the AC unit and discovered mildew and mold. Antonio did a thorough job of cleaning the Unit and installing the UV lamp. The workmanship is professional and clean. They even honored my request for a discount since the cost of cleaning the Unit and sanitizing is more. I would definitely use their service again for any AC related work or maintenance.

Β + -1 moreThe employees arrived well within the stated 1 hour window. They were courteous and professional in their demeanor. Their workmanship was excellent. They removed the old unit and cleaned up all debris generated by the install. The owner maintained constant communication with us through out the process with a mixture of professionalism and congeniality.
Description of Work: New AC unit. They had to convert our current system from an over/under to a side by side. They also had to extend the concrete pad for the new unit.

This is definitely a company that knows what they are doing, really cares about doing excellent service at reasonable cost and making sure the customer is completely satisfied. Can't ask for more!
Description of Work: South Florida Ducts were sent by my contractors when there was an interior leak from my interior unit (which was newly installed by the previous owner) due to a clogged drain line while my condo was being renovated. Not only did they arrive quickly on a Saturday but the problem was taken care and corrected - right then I signed up with them to do all maintenance for the AC system and I also had them update my thermostat. Whenever it was necessary for service they would call me to remind me it was time or if I needed them on an emergency call they were quick to arrive, diagnose the problem and suggest the best way to go to eliminate the problem completely. This made it necessary to change the ceiling pan and coils and a different type of filter was suggested to handle this part of the system better. In addition, they also cleaned out and coated all the duct work which had never been done.
