Dr Alexander is an amazing surgeon that is very honest about the procedure you need. He won't to to sell you a procedure that you won't have a phenomenal result. Love my results!

My procedure with Dr. Alexander went very well. I highly recommend him and his team. Everyone was nice and ensured that I had an amazing experience.

Overall, not good at all, because they wouldn't give me my money back for a service they recommended (Zerona treatments), but that the technician said were not going to give me the result I was seeking. I had just paid in cash 10 minutes earlier, and bought their body suit wrap for $20-30 too. They told me I had to use the funds at their facility, and they would NOT refund my money, but after waiting 10 minutes to get permission for the suit's refund, they did refund the body suit wrap amount. They said that once money is taken, no refunds are offered. I explained that I only purchased the procedure because I was "told" it would give me results I wanted. I was questioned again about whether I said I did regular exercise, and I quoted myself as saying that I don't, but that I plan on doing regular exercise. Their point was that I was thought to have said I was a regular exerciser and therefore, told the procedure would remove my excess fat from my legs; however, since I was not an exerciser already, that just beginning now would only cause the procedure to make my legs worse, and skin hang more loosely as well. Fortunately, the technician told me her truth to spare me problems. Anyway, I did have Juvederm put into my lips on my first visit and Radiesse in my naso-labial (frown lines) and in my chin area after the Zerona fiasco. I must say that Claire's bedside manner was kind, and I felt comfortable with her doing the procedure. The only problem with the fillers is that the products did not remain long. Juvederm had stayed about a year the previous time I had it done, and this time I saw it going away in like 3 months, gone in 6. I had never used Radiesse before, and it had a nice result; however the results did not stay as expected either, but only 6 months. They say it depends on how my metabolism is working. But the reason I have to give an F for the overall experience is because they refused to give me my money back, and they had the cash right there in their desk. They said it was their policy. I was misinformed (or clearly a misunderstanding took place), and they take my money, and then refuse to give my money back. So, I was forced to return there to get the Radiesse. They had a hard time finding my file to give me the credit towards the Radiesse as well. Actually, they never found it, but Claire remembered me, so she said it was okay. I think Claire felt bad, and she would have given me my money back; however, the administration would not refund my money. They declined to give her permission for the refund, only for the suit, and a second petition had to go in for that.

I purchased Zerona treatments here on Living Social - admittedly they are a deal and now I see why. The staff are rude and also uninterested in patients. They do not follow protocol at all when adminstering treatment. There is almost no consistency across staff and they often provide contradicting information. The treatments (although I am only 4 of 6 done) have had no effect and I am following every instruction given. Since I am attending the office, I requested a consult for Lipo before one of my treatments. My consult unfortunately was with Dr. Alexander, who was extremely rude. During our consultation he was insulting, unwilling to answer questions about the procedure I was interested in. He had no concern for me as a patient and was unbelievable crass and arrogant. He spent all of 7 minutes with me before he told me to go away if I didn't want his opinion without ever bothering to answer a single question or even hear what was important to me. the receptionist apologized and admitted that other patients have had similar experiences; she asked me if I wanted to consult with one of the other doctors who is more pleasant. Are you kidding me??? I told her no thanks, based on this interaction I wouldn't be wanting any other services. overall this place seems like a scam where they are totally unconcerned with patients and only concerned with themselves.

They didn't really act like they cared about the patients. I was not pleased with the results and explained that to them, but they just wanted more money.

I was absolutely horrified when I walked into the office. The Center is leasing the east side of the second floor; so basically it's a long, poorly lit hallway with what were at one time individual business offices on either side. There were stains on the couches in the "recovery" room as well as the reception area. If they are performing any type surgery or any type of invasive procedure on-site at that facility, my opinion is that they need to be shut down immediately. I couldn't help but wonder if the stains on the couch were blood that they had tried to clean - maybe it was and maybe it wasn't - my point is that I couldn't help but wonder about it. My opinion: the facility doesn't look sanitary/spotlessly clean, the majority of the office staff seem to be apathetic and I'm not confident that the practice is run professionally. I wish I had taken photographs to prove my claims. The tech who performed the micro was friendly and likeable, but if there are any stains on any couches at a cosmetic surgery center, then I have to give an "F" grade regardless of how pleasant the tech was. End of story.
