I called them to make a key for my Volvo. The sub-contracted the job to B Safe - another locksmith. When the other locksmith did not do the work after receiving $480 in advance, Sonic locksmith did not take any responsibility but hindered my effort to recover my down payment. This was in July 2017. It is now 2018 and I not recovered my money. Do not pay in advance if you use these locksmiths.
