 + 1 moreDaniel met with me, discussed my needs and issues, did a diagnostic check on my system, made hardware and software recommendations to solve my issues , installed additional memory , installed software and hardware. He even helped me out with my HD TV setups. I found Daniel to be punctual (he came to my home/office on several occassions and showed up at our agreed upon times on my schedule which was important to me), he was knowledgable ( he made recommendations that were within my budget and knew enough about product performance to make recommendations that saved me money) and he was courteous and patient . On several occassions, Daniel fixed software issues remotely for me. I found his prices to be very reasonable. When I am ready to upgrade my system or if I have any other computer issues I plan on calling Daniel.
Description of Work: I had multiple problems with my stand alone computer , wireless printer and laptop, all of which I use for both my business and personal use. Some of the problems I was having included slowness, suspected viruses and spyware, periodic failure to print, memory capacity, etc. I also wanted some advise on upgrading my system and what to do about backing up my files. I looked online myself for solutions but realized there were so many products and software choices and wasn't sure what direction to go to. I got a recommendation to contact Daniel at SFL PC Repair. I was really glad I did.
