All went well. Roger was very helpful and added freon so my old AC would keep cool over the weekend before the new AC was installed. The equipment arrived quickly, was installed in a very professional manner and he cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I'm very pleased.

We called he office and Roger came right out. They professionally diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and quietly. His bill was lower than I expected for the work he did. We've been using him for two years now and I won't use anyone else. He is very good at figuring out difficult a/c and related repairs. He is definitely the guy you use and refer, he will absolutely live up to and exceed your expectations! He cares about what he does and the service he provides and his customers. We very happy clients. We are putting him on our company preferred vendor list we share with our clients.

Roger was on time and diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs in a timely manner.

The condenser wasn't working. So we ended up replacing the compressor and capacitor. He made the effort to find a warranty for my unit. I had no idea I had warranty. He also fixed my disconnect box which was wired incorrectly. He was very fast. It's a vacation rental. I had a guest vacationing and his punctuality and quickness met the standard that I want for my guests.

In miserable heat, instead of ordering the part and making us wait 3 days, Roger drove from Deerfield Beach to Miami on Saturday to pick up and install the coil. An additional condenser part that previously always came with this coil, now no longer does. This entailed another trip into Ft Lauderdale and $70 for that part, but he refused to charge us for it. This guy is HONEST, and professional; a very hard combo to find these days.

When he came to my office was very kind and asked to analyze the problem. Found that the external unit needed to be replaced and inner clean. The work was made with great professionalism and with warranty. Left everything working perfect and clean. Very pleased!

So you see I have a history with Rodger and his assistant. His assistant is also very polite professional, and an excellent worker. They work well together and the job is always done to my extreme satisfaction. They are expert at what they do and their repairs and work are very professional. They get the job done thoroughly without unnecessary labor hours. So my plan is to purchase a new air conditioner in April or May. His expertise and extremely fair pricing are very impressive. Especially that I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and he is working with me to establish a payment plan. I know that I have been very wordy in my opinion of Roger. But he deserves this recognition. As far as "Don'ts" I can't think of any. He will be my A/C provider as long as possible.

Roger was fantastic. He didn't shy away from tackling a difficult job -- a job other a/c contractors didn't want unless they took the easy solution by installing the air handler in my garage! He found a way on how to get the new air handler back up in the crawl space of my garage, thereby saving me precious space in my garage -- and the expense of installing a new return in the family room. He even came back out yesterday because he remembered that he hadn't run the second duct to a secondary return in my office on Saturday 9/10. After he took care of that he reminded me to call him in about 10 days so that he would come out to take readings on all the equipment to make sure everything was working to full efficiency. Roger will be our A/C contractor from now on. He and his sidekick were simply great!

Roger is an amazing technician, a gentleman and has an incredible work ethic. It's the work ethic that separates him from the pack..he will go out of his way and do whatever is necessary to get the job done right and to make sure you understand what is going on.

After assessing the condition of the old A/C unit, he provided all the details and quotations for making an informed decision. Once I decided for the installation of a new unit, I was given the flexibility of paying in separate instalments. The service was done as promised and with professional quality.

I must say he went well beyond what we expected as far as service goes. He asked for our paper work regarding our air conditioner and examined all the paper work He found out that the motor should have still been under warranty and explained to us that the manufacturer, for what ever the reason had installed a motor which was not large enough for the unit we had. He took the time to take the motor to the supplier got us the correct motor and even had the manufactures warranty applied to the proper size motor. We were totally delighted. Before installing , he cleaned our unit and inspected the other units which were part of the air conditioner. He explained that since it was such a hot day it would take a while for the unit to cool our entire house and for us to call if there was a problem. He was right, it did take some time for the unit to totally cool our house. In fact being impatient we ended calling him saying it was taking to long. He came back out instead of talking to us on the phone and assured us that we only needed to give the unit some time. He was right, are home became cool and comfortable. I have recommended this air conditioning business to others without the slightest hesitation. We have since sold that house but if ever we have a problem at our new residence we will be calling this air condition business.

Always prompt to respond do to complete the job. Roger had completed a really big job in my primary residence last September. He always prompt, professional and courteous. Fast and efficient job well done.
