Description of Work: Professionally cleaned couch and chair that had not been cleaned in a long time. Removed staining caused by dogs using couch as a napkin after a meal and a rubbing post in general. |We thought the couch was a goner until he cleaned it. We are now keeping it thus saving a ton of money! Will have it cleaned again by this company...

Description of Work: My mother's a/c unit clogged and overflowed while she was away. Water everywhere! I called service master Robinson who sent out a technician within 45 minutes. Within an hour or so the machines were in place and the cleanup had begun. They checked the damage daily, knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of the details without any extra stress on my part.

Description of Work: We had a problem with flooding in our house. I called Sevicemaster by Robinson,which I got off of Angie's List.I made a phone call that morning around 9:00am and they arrived at my home shortly after. John and Gary were very professional and began to access the water damage.They worked efficiently and set my fears at ease because I was afraid of mold.Their equipment was commercial and was able to handle the job.I would recommend them to anyone else who had a problem of this nature.

Description of Work: We contacted this company because of a concern about a water leak into our living room area. Brad responded and scanned the interior and exterior our house for leaks. While he was unable top find a point of entry for water, we also asked him about cleaning a silk, oriental area rug which had a stain due to mold from the water. He told us he would be able to clean the rug and arranged to have it picked up several days later. THe rug was picked up and returned about two weeks later. Much to our surprise the stain was still present.. Bill, the technician who cleaned the rug, said he would take the rug back and try to clean it again. My wife contacted their office and spoke Denise regarding the stain that was still there. My wife was told there was nothing more to be done and would not lower the cost, even though, the rug was not cleaned. She was given the option of having the rug sent to another company but the cost would be $300 and "they have the same chemicals we use." When bill returned the rug on 10/20/12, much to our dismay, the stain was still there. Also, there was an area of the rug that was lighter then it had been. If the rug could not be ceaned, we should have been told that at the very beginning. Not only was it not cleaned, but it was essebtially made worse. Just as upsetting as all of this,, was

Description of Work: My last contact was just last week when they came out to give estimate of water damage due to pipe leak behind wall. Very professional, no charge to see what was going on. They use equipment that tells you where the moisture is without ripping open your walls. I had used them about 10 years ago when my hot water heater leaked all over my new bedroom carpet. They have always been prompt, courteous and professional and I would highly recommend them.

The person who came was punctual and polite. I am satisfied with the cleaning. I was given the angie's list discount and carpet stain cleaner was also given.
