WARNING!! DO NOT USE!! Absolute scammers!!!!! Complete unprofessional and lack of integrity! They were quick to deposit my first payment and it took them over two months just to break down my previous driveway and pull a permit and now they are NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!!! They do not answer any calls from any number and they have not showed up at my property in weeks!!! My driveway is completely bare and the job is not even half finished and now I am robbed from my money and all my time and I now have to find a new contractor to finish this job!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THESE PEOPLE! They will make promises and they will bring an employee or two to seem professional and then the will make excuses of their family being the in the hospital and people being sick to drag time on and then never hear from them again!! This is absolutely disgusting!!! Do not be fooled!!!!

Just terrible. I should've stuck to my instincts that they were too desperate. The GM tries to come off nice and charming, but then he got very pushy to getting the contract signed and a large deposit. He was lowballing prices at me on other jobs around the house I was considering, to get the driveway job. The contract look like a child wrote it. No understanding of legal requirements. He pushed me for 4000 down and that he would have the permit ready in less than a week. "He knew people". We finally got to 3000 down upfront, which is just crazy but he just wouldn't stop bantering and trying to act like my best friend. Asked to make the check out to his personal name, so he didn't have to pay taxes, which he said was fair since I was getting such a good deal. I pushed him to send me a copy of the permit drawings, they scribbled out some little drawing and said they would submit it the next day. A few days in, they hadn't even put the permit in for submission. All of a sudden excuses start. The owner is always sick and in the hospital. The managers grandmother is sick. They're on other jobs. Can't get a straight answer out of either of them and all they do is point the finger at the other one. Everything in me is realizing I made a mistake hiring them anyway. I gave them a time limit to get the permit in or I wanted to cancel the contract. That time came and went. All of a sudden you can't get them to answer the phone. Or answer email or text. Go to their office and it looks like it empty warehouse, the door is locked. I had to get a friend to call them from a different number for them to pick up. Then it got nasty. Name-calling and I'm crazy and unrealistic. I actually had to bargain with them just to get 2000 back. The general manager had the nerve to tell me he wasn't giving it back because he didn't like something I said to him. I wasn't sympathetic to the fact his grandmother was in the hospital. It was absolute craziness. Texts he was sending me were so unprofessional I just couldn't believe it. Somehow, he believes that if he has a personal issue with you he doesn't have to give your money back. Had to threaten to take him to court just to get 2000 back. He argued that he wanted to keep 1000 for his time and aggravation. They never even put a permit in. It was absolute insanity. I just gave up trying to get it. They are complete degenerate rip offs. I checked when things start to get shaky and then saw that another customer had sued them successfully in court, just a couple months before. I should've checked first. My first instinct was not to go with them because they were so pushy and anxious to get started. I should've stuck to my instincts instead of falling for their overly low prices and over the top claims of how great they were.

Painting was the only thing that was done professionally. The rest of the project was a disaster. Apparently, Scott lets anyone do work under his name as long as he gets a cut. The rest of the work was done by a man named Frank * and he didn't have the slightest clue as to what he was doing. The workers he hired were complete hacks who didn't know what they were doing either. I'm a 20 yr construction superintendent, so I think I know a little bit of what I'm talking about. As I pulled my hair out telling them over and over how work should be done, I was ignored. I finally ran them off and finished the work my self.
