Shawn showed up on time and called to let me know he was on his way. He quickly performed the job and also quoted me on some other work I need performed around the house. He seemed professional and knowledgeable and I would call him again in the future for electrical repairs around my house.

Shawn was great! I contacted him with somewhat short notice as I required an electric outlet in my garage to accommodate an external camera being installed on the weekend. I also wanted an electrician to service/change my backyard light, if necessary. Shawn worked me into the schedule. I told him what I needed, he assessed what was available to him and chose the most aesthetic and cost efficient method to run the pipe for the new outlet. He had to makes a small cut into my drywall to run the tap to the inside of the external garage wall where the outlet needed to be affixed. His patch of the drywall cut was very professional. He was very neat and left my garage looking as he arrived. You cannot tell that the drywall had been cut after I did a quick paint over. As for the dusk-to-dawn light he showed me (smelled) it had burned out. He replaced it, waterproofed the install and tested to ensure it worked. In previous phone conversations, he had advised me to get another light and save receipt in case, the non-working light was repairable. He was up front with the pricing, so there were not surprises. Shawn has a very comfortable personality. He has a customer for life in me! It is not often that a specialty person is upfront, honest and accommodating. Before he left, he stressed if there were any problems to call him, and left me a calendar and a sticky for my refrigerator. Tell him your problem and he will assist you. I like that he is teaching/mentoring the skill to young people. This has been the easiest, most upfront and worry free job I have ever had done. Initially I wrote an email explaining what I wanted done today and to look and see if at possible to install recessed lighting also in the kitchen and under cabinet lighting. Very polite, knowledgeable man. His helper was also very polite. In and out and they cleaned up afterwards. Waiting for a quote on the other work I want done but he fixed everything I needed done rather quickly. Very pleased and have already recommended him to my neighbor!

This is the third time that we have used SC Electric. As usual, Shawn was prompt, professional, and did a wonderful job. We are so happy that we found someone that we can trust for all of our electrical needs. We will continue to use SC Electric and recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical work done.

Shawn arrived 15 minutes early before an 8:00am appointment and dug out the existing pole. He then prepared the ground for the Florida Power and Light inspector who would turn off power from the street. The FPL person was very pleased and stayed with us as Shawn skillfully completed the work. The FPL meter was then taken off by FPL worker instead of waiting 2-4 hours for him to return. Instead of a 6-8 hour day for the job we were done by 11:30 am (3.5 hrs) and that included the City Building Dept inspector permit approval and the FPL person worker who returned to replace the meter and restore power. All money balances were paid totalling $958.00 without a hitch. Other competive prices were over $600.00 more to do the exact same work (Nice Savings). The efficiency of the entire project and Shawn's professionalism and reputation with the local building department allows me to give SC Electric a rating of A being excellent.

Shawn was on time and completed the work within the allotted time. His assistant was professional and very efficient. Shawn was thorough and advise on different ways to save money. As always Shawn was very proficient.

We didn't end up using Shawn because our landlord is "attempting" to find someone to do the work. I'm sure we'll end up going back to him because that's what usually happens. He is a professional and someone who gets back to you in a timely manner.

Shawn is very meticulous and a bit more expensive that some other electricians, but he knows his stuff. He called back right away, always kept me posted about the permit and when he could start, and he kept his appointment. The job was neat and well-done. I fully recommend him and would use him again in the future.

Arrived on time as agreed. Worked fast with his assisstant. Installed a new circuit from my breaker panel in the garage to install on the wall in the garage the BOSCH charging station. Installed an additional 40AMP breaker in the panel & ran a line through rigid conduit around to the location of the charging station. Shawn is a real pro who knows exactly what to do and did an excellent quality job at a fair price. If I need anything else done, I will definately call him again. The charging station has worked perfectly and I love my LEAF

Shawn did a terrific job. He installed a new smoke detector in my home, and took the time to check the others. He also fixed a loose electrical outlet plate at no charge. This is the second time he's done work for me, and it's a pleasure to find a provider who's so professional, knowledgeable and reliable. He's now my go-to guy for electrical stuff!

Shaun answered the phone and, without mention of actually getting business, he proceeded to give several tips and strategies on how to move forward on getting a better electrical inspection, whether or not i should trust the current inspection and what to look for in a quality inspector. Mind you, I have not hired him this was all over the phone within a few minutes of speaking to him on the phone. I used some of his ideas and will be using him to fix the electrical issues that the inspection reflected. The guy got my business without doing any business whatsoever. As usual, Shawn was great. He is always punctual, professional and his work product is always top notch. This is the third time I have worked with Shawn; I always call him for any help I need involving electrical work.

I scheduled an appointment with Shawn and explained I wanted the switch removed from my house electrical. I emailed a photo of the switch in advance so he could quote me without coming out! He came out exactly when he said he would and performed the needed work, he even removed the switch from the wall and grounded my sprinkler pump for no extra charge when it was not even in the original quote! He said it would take 1 1/2 hours and that's all it took. He was very professional in appearance and even his van looked neat and professional. My experience with them was very well and I had no complaints. Everything they did was great and if there were any problems, they came back and took care of it.

Returned call promptly and came on time to appointment. Traced live current to appropriate breaker and replaced 3 broken GFI receptacles. Excellent experience and customer service. Would definitely use their services again.

Shawn was prompt - he came within a couple of hours of calling him and searched for the problem. Then he created a new plug, pulling the wires from the junction box in the attic. He was professional, worked quickly and cleaned up everything!
