+ -1 moreI WAS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES THAT SANSONE PROVIDED. IT TOOK THE WORKERS LESS THAN A HOUR TO REPAIR THE FURNACE. SINCE THE FILTERS HAVE BEEN CHANGED AND THE OLD WIRES ARE REMOVED, THE EXTREMELY COLD AIR BLOWS OUT AT A STEADY RATE.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED A COUPLE OF WIRES OUT OF THE FURNACE. THEN THEY INSTALLED TWO NEW WIRES, PULLED THE FILTERS OUT, REPLACED OLD FILTERS WITH NEW ONES AND PERFORMED MAINTENANCE THE FURNACE.

+ -1 moreI WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES THIS COMPANY PROVIDED OR THEIR EMPLOYEES. THE WORKERS CAME OUT SEVERAL TIMES AND NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM THAT I CALLED ABOUT. THE FURNACE IS STILL BLOWING OUT HOT AIR AND MAKING RATTLING SOUNDS.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED THE ELECTRICAL WIRES INSIDE THE FURNACE, INSTALLED THE NEW ELECTRICAL WIRES, PERFORMED MAINTENANCE ON THE FURNACE SYSTEM AND CHANGED FILTERS.
