+ -1 moreJoe is very nice and professional. The only complaint I have is when he's contacted he takes a really long time to get back to you. Days at the least. One time I contacted him and it took about a week to get back to me. I had to call and text multiple times. He's not that punctual either. But when he does arrive the service is great.

+ -1 moreJoe was recommended to us by our landlord when we first moved into our house. The house was built in 1935 and has had a history of termite damage. Each time we've called on him for help, he was extremely punctual, polite and very knowledgable about everything--not only eliminating our problem, but also educating me on things to look out for in the future. He's excellent at his job, and a super nice guy to boot! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needed help with any pest problem. He's been to the house 3 times now, each time for Termite treatments in different areas of the house. Each time he's fixed the problem, with no repeated issues. He's great!
Description of Work: Joe has come to the house 3 times to treat for termites. Each time he found the source, treated the area with infected area with the appropriate chemicals, which were nontoxic to dogs (which was very helpful, considering we have a 1-year-old chocolate lab), cleaned the area and told me to call him with any other issues, which there never were.
