Tony Francois is a fraud. He has his family write reviews on Google! Rush Hour Appliance Repair in Sunrise has to be one of the biggest scammers I've had to deal with. I made an appointment for 10:00 AM the next morning for which they arrived on the dot. I was told the $125 service call fee would be waived since I was allowing them to repair my cooktop. I purchased the new element from Parts Unlimited. Technician put new part in without testing to make sure it worked. I was told it was working, but it wasn't. After spending 30 minutes in total, I was told they deal only in cash, debit card or Zelle and the cost was just change under $300. $10.00 a minute is ridiculous. Finally got called back and was told they did exactly what I wanted and that I never asked them to do a diagnostic. I have never heard of such a thing, you don't check to see if everything is working before you leave? Make sure you run as fast as possible from these scammers.

They arrived on time, but that is all I can say. These people Tony Francois dba Rush Hour Appliance Repair in Sunrise FL are the biggest scammers, I’ve reported them to the state and will continue to degrade this business to help someone else from being ripped off. They say they take checks until it’s time to pay and the price goes up tremendously and your told cash transfer is the only payment they will take. That sends a message that they want a form of payment which cannot be stopped or reversed.

Made an appt. they called the following day to say they had an even earlier appt. if I wanted it, I did, they gave me time that TONY would arrive, he arrived on time. Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He promptly removed the microwave from the mount, replaced the part, checked it to ensure it was fixed, then remounted it, checking it a second time. it was a quick repair and he was completely done and on his way in about an hour.  Excellent service and a really nice guy, the price quoted on the phone was the same charged, no attempts to alter price or anything shady at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
