They arrived on time, but that is all I can say. These people Tony Francois dba Rush Hour Appliance Repair in Sunrise FL are the biggest scammers, I’ve reported them to the state and will continue to degrade this business to help someone else from being ripped off. They say they take checks until it’s time to pay and the price goes up tremendously and your told cash transfer is the only payment they will take. That sends a message that they want a form of payment which cannot be stopped or reversed.

Since I never got a phone call from A-1 I decided not to add my phone number in the contact email thinking that I would get a message instead, NOTHING! I have been without a working fridge for a week now and I have a 13 month old baby that I baby sit. I can't be feeding her out of coolers. This is the second company I have contacted. What's the use of paying for a membership if companies don't return or contact clients. I may as well pull out the yellow pages or read Yelp reviews and hire someone off that. I will NOT be renewing my account.

Made an appt. they called the following day to say they had an even earlier appt. if I wanted it, I did, they gave me time that TONY would arrive, he arrived on time. Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He promptly removed the microwave from the mount, replaced the part, checked it to ensure it was fixed, then remounted it, checking it a second time. it was a quick repair and he was completely done and on his way in about an hour. Excellent service and a really nice guy, the price quoted on the phone was the same charged, no attempts to alter price or anything shady at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
