Very professional, friendly and trustworthy pool building company. They do what they say they are going to do and when they said they will do it. I like the fact that they only ask for $500 deposit and the payment schedule is set up that they only ask you for money after they do something and not before like so many other contractors. That is a very important because it shows that they are financially stable and you can trust them. I already recommended them to two of my neighbors. If you are looking for a good pool builder, you just found them.

This was truly one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. Ron and Justin Burr (father and son) are very knowledgeable about every aspect of installing a pool and very easy to work with. They knew all the building codes for the city I live in and the permitting process. They even submitted and helped us to get the homeowner permit we needed to install the fence around the pool ourselves. We broke ground on March 28th and by the end of May we had a completed pool. It would have been done even sooner had we not built the fence ourselves and run into rainy weather. They kept us informed every step of the way and were always available if there was a question. Once the pool was completed they taught us how to take care of the pool and provided a binder with all the manuals, warranties and instructions needed for every piece of equipment they installed. They took full responsibility for any subcontractors they hired and always kept an eye on the work. They only requested payment for each step once it was completed and not in advance. Initially we changed our design several times and they did not charge any additional fee or have any problem working with us. It was very helpful that the design was sent as a 3 dimensional computer image which allowed us to see exactly how the pool would look in our yard.
