Description of Work: All people were professional and friendly. They were quick and effiecient and used enough manpower to get the job done right and in a timely fashion. They were very careful, wrapping all major furniture pieces with pads and shrink wrap - not one piece had damage. Pete and his crew sealed open or loose boxes, took extra care going up and down stairs, and pointed out pre-existing damage to items so that we were all aware and in agreement of the condition before moving. I was evry pleased with this company, the owners (Pete and Angie) and crew. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants an efficient, careful, and professional move.

Description of Work: They moved furniture from storage to new house and from an apartment to new house. They were very professional. Pete was able to fix a bed that had been previously broken. The movers cheerfully repositioned furniture when I changed my mind as to where I wanted it. Angie and her staff packed up our kitchen and breakables. They were super careful and treated the things as they would their own. They were easy to work with and very accommodating.

Description of Work: They moved a 2 bedroom apartment on the 15th floor in Fort Lauderdale to Boynton Beach. Very professional, worked fast but were very careful. Pete the owner was working just as hard as all the other guys he brought with him. It went very well.

Having moved more than a dozen times, I found this family run business to be by far the most thorough packers, most considerate of the persons they are moving and they are all friendly and caring. Description of Work: I moved from a 2 bedroom townhouse in Coconut Creek to a self storage unit in Naples. The movers showed up on time in the morning & immediately started working. I was extremely pleased with how they wrapped my furniture & with the care they took to make sure nothing got damaged. When everything was in the truck, we both drove to Naples. I had to make a stop before going to the storage unit, so they got there before I did & started unloading. They packed everything into a 10'x15' storage unit as if it were a perfectly fit jigsaw puzzle. This is a family run business with people who really care. They were so professional & worked together as an incredible team. I could not have chosen a better company to make this move a stress free experience.

Description of Work: Luckily, we did not go through with services from Right Choice. From the start, Right Choice gave us the perception that we should be honored to have them move us. When my family set up the time for the estimator to arrive and look over our current place, my wife informed me that he showed up late. Under normal circumstances, I would not care but this unprofessionalism was just the beginning. After the estimator reveiwed our place, my wife felt comfortable with the price and services, so i attempted to follow through on calling them for more information. I made the call late Wednesday night assuming that no one would be there but expecting a call back the next business day. Unfortunately, that was not the case. No on called me back the next day and i left another voicemail requesting for someone to call me back. When a representative called me on Friday, she apologized for not returning my call sooner. I accepted the apology and attempted to have a conversation about the move (Caveat, this was not my first time using a moving company and my previous move was not smooth, so I wanted to know details and see what was the best price I could get). There wasn't much of a conversation. I got the impression that they did not care to offer me service. I was informing the representative that i had one more estimate at 5 in the evening and was wondering when i could call Right Choice back to make a decision. I wanted to call in the evening but felt it might be too late. the representative stated she would probably be in around 6, so asked if they would be open on Saturday. The representative said that she might be on call but would respond to voicemail. Well, i followed through on my part and planned on going with Right Choice. I left a voicemail but no one ever called me back. On Monday I wrote an email asking them what was going on and why they did not call me back. The representative decided to tell me that they do not work on Saturday and do not return calls. Moreover, my date of moving was already booked. Now, i knew it was getting booked up and i wanted to speak to someone on Saturday; however, Right Choice decided to change the rules on me, which i did not appreciate. The good news is that i did not go with Right Choice and should have seen the signs. I would be careful with this company.

Description of Work: By far the best movers I've had. My move consisted of a condo on the beach (1/1). I moved from the farthest east side of broward county to far west of the county. The staff was great. They arrived on time, worked hard and fast. I had a great experience with them. Thanks Pete
