+ -1 moreLeft several messages for him, finally called a third time and spoke to him directly. He was extremely rude. He advised us that he works Monday through Friday and does not work weekends, unless we wanted to pay him $200 an hour. Even though we expalined to him we had an emergency situation, he told us to wait until Monday. We told him we couldn't wait and were going to call another plumber. He said fine and if they didn't fix it to call him back on Monday. He was very rude and abrupt, not the least bit professional. We had used him in the past and never expected to be treated like this when we had an emergency. I cannot in good faith recommend him to anyone after this experience. I understand if he does not work on the weekends, that is fine. The problem I have is the complete lack of professionalism and the fact that he was really rude about it. If this is how he treats existing customers, I would hate to see how he treats new customers. Very disappointed in him.
Description of Work: Called him for emergency service on a saturday. Was extremely rude. Told us that he does not work on Saturdays and that if we wanted him to we could pay $200.00 for him to come out. He recommended we wait until Monday. We had an emergency situation and had used him in the past. We were shocked by his attitude and complete lack of professionalism. I cannot in good faith recommend him to anyone after this experience. We ended up hiring another plumber who came within 45 minutes and resolved the situation.

+ -1 moreHe is very knowledgable. I have been using him for ten years now. The price shown is per hour, and he doesn't even charge a travel fee. He can fix whatever problem you have. I have never had to call anyone else. He is very tidy.
Description of Work: He has unclogged drains for me and has replaced plumbing for me.
