RGC FENCE

We had a very good experience with RGC Fence. Roberto was very responsive throughout the project, and we are very happy with the result. He and his crew installed a high-quality product at a reasonable price. In fact, his estimate was the lowest of 3 that we obtained, and he stuck to it. Normally, we don't necessarily automatically go with the person with the lowest bid. However, in this case, we did, and it was a smooth experience from beginning to end.

Roberto is very professional in all aspect he was in time, the time window was perfect, he was very cain to help us holding he's job for us when we request it always answer my calls.

Roberto came out right away to see my house and was very nice. I knew exactly what type of fence I wanted. However, he needed a land survey which I sent him the same day. I called to make sure he received it and he said he did and asked for an estimate.He promised to get back to me in a few days and never did. He never responded to my email and never had the courteousy to give me an estimate. He just never got back to me at all. I will not chase after someone to work for me. That was a big red flag.

What took the most were the permits, in between the ones that we had to take with our HOA, and the ones the company was processing on our behalf with the city. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Once the date was established, a small crew was sent, along with high quality materials. The crew was friendly, courteous, and focused on the task at hand. They spent 12 hours setting up that wood fence. The final product is beautiful, with an excellent foundation. We highly recommend this company.

Superb delivery and follow through from start to finish. Roberto and his wife Elba delivered outstanding communication and an exceptional, stress free experience. Great guidance throughout the entire process. Omar and his install team were organized, quick, efficient and detailed in their workmanship. Contacted Roberto for estimate. He explained all work and materials needed for job. Roberto and 5-6 of his crew came and removed all old fence and installed fence posts the first day. On the second day they built the fence and 2 gates to enter back yard. Can't say enough about the workmanship and quality of materials and wood used. His crew worked non-stop and it was hard to believe that the old fence could be removed and new fence installed in just 2 full days. All permits and paperwork was handled without any problems This fence is the straightest and most even I have ever seen. Roberto and his crew take pride in their finished product and it shows.

Their website touts free quotes, etc. But when I called to have them quote a fairly small job, they refused to even come out to look. Just another case of contractors who are "too busy" for anyone that can't pay them big $$$.

I never received a quote from the owner because I did not want to have the work done this month, but next month. Therefore, he did not quote on the fences for me and left me high and dry. I need to get a fence and he would not quote one for me despite contacting his office several times.

Roberto was great every step of the way. He came out and gave me an estimate for both wood and PVC and the pros and cons of each. I decided to go with a white PVC fence, but he convinced me to pay a little extra and go with tan instead because it looks better, stays cleaner and doesn't have white reflective glow that will blind you in your backyard. I wanted tan, but was apprehensive about spending the extra money for tan since I was on a budget, but he even offered to let me pay the additional amount for tan at a later date which worked for me. They came out a few weeks later and installed the fence it one day. It looked great and I was sure glad he convinced me to go for tan. Roberto is good people and does excellent work for a competitive price, which is hard to find when hiring fencing or other contractors down here in SoFla. Thanks Roberto/RGC for a fantastic job!

We hired RGC Fence to remove and replace our existing fence and add another section along the back side of the house, and they did an outstanding job throughout the entire process. Roberto came out promptly to give us an estimate, and gave us several options and recommendations to ensure we ended up with a fence that met all of our needs. His price was comparable to or better than other estimates we received, and the estimate was more detailed than some of the others where we weren't sure what we would be getting. It took longer than expected to have the fence installed, but that was due to delays in getting utility easements and not any problems on the part of RGC, and once they had the easements they quickly got the permits from the city and scheduled the job. When the crew arrived on the scheduled date, they worked nonstop and had everything done in only two days, just as promised. They even added a 2 x 4 along the bottom of each fence panel to keep our landscape rocks from rolling under the fence, which was very helpful and an unexpected nice touch! We only had one very minor issue, but the crew came back out the next morning and took care of it in no time at all. Overall we were very pleased with everything -- the price, the quality, the workmanship and attention to detail. Even the city inspector complimented them on the nice job they did! We wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality fence. ******* Fence installation went very well, we were very happy with end result, only one minor issue initially and they came out and repaired the next day. The owner, Roberto, told us after the installation that as long as we had his sign on the fence, he'd take care of any other problems. After a couple of months, some fence board started cracking, about 10 total, and I contacted them to have them take a look and hopefully replace. It took over 10 months for them to finally come out and inspect, after multiple missed appointments, Roberto complained that they weren't covered by warranty, but he'd have his guys come out anyway and fix the problems. They never showed up and despite multiple followups and five additional promises to come out and fix the boards, they've failed to show up every time.

The process from estimate to completion was flawless. great communication skills, great attention to details. The process was very easy. They showed when they said they would and they did the work when they said they would. The craftsmanship is excellent and the quality of the materials is A+. I have had other fences done in other places in the past and was never happy with the final product. This company is the best I have experienced. They also did a conventional board on board fence for one of my friends and the quality of the work is also fantastic. I seldom recommend anyone but RGC Fences earned this recommendation.

Roberto provided a detailed explanation of how the work was going to be completed and why. Roberto was prompt to all scheduled appointments. Elba at RGC Fence obtained all of the required permits and easements needed for the project. RGC Fence set the proper expectation that getting the easements would take the longest amount of time, and boy did it. However, there was nothing RGC Fence nor we could speed up that process. We all know the utilities go at a pace all their own. RGC Fence told us it was a two day job and true to their word it was. To say we are thrilled is an understatement. We are very pleased to write this recommendation for RGC Fence. If you hire Reberto and team, and you should, you?ll not be sorry.

I never received any service

I got quotes from several fence companies in the past for a back yard fence. RGC was the best value and had stellar reviews here on AL so I decided to use them for this front yard project. I wanted something out of the ordinary, or at least something besides the average type of fence you see around the South Florida area. I wanted horizontal boards with a small space between. I had seen it on a fence design page online and I fell in love with the look. Roberto gave the quote and it was very reasonable for the amount of fence and the type of material it would take to construct it. He and his team constructed the fence over a two day period and I must say I'm extremely happy with the results. Not only did he give me everything I asked for, but he also went the extra mile by custom welding some BEAUTIFUL gates for the project. They even went so far as to build in a cover for the latch that makes the entry way look very finished and unique. All three gates are stunning and it matches the style of the fence I chose perfectly. Neighbors with whom I've never interacted have made a point to come over and tell me just how beautiful the new fence is and how much they love the look of it. People walking their dogs have stopped to chat and ask questions about the design and construction. In fact, I've heard from Roberto that a neighbor a few houses down has already contacted him to get a quote on a similar fence for his front yard. Well, at least I had an original looking fence for a couple of weeks before others decided to join the party. :) In short, Roberto and his team do some amazing work and they get it done at a great price. I honestly could not be happier with the results. I'd recommend RGC Fence to anyone who likes getting exactly what they want at a fair price.

Roberto is a pro. When he came out to give the estimate he asked a lot of questions. He was extremely detailed and anticipated potential areas of concern. He made sure the permit process was very smooth, and his pricing was very fair. The crew was very polite and professional, and if they had questions or concerns they stopped and asked rather than assume and go on. We ran into a problem because after removing the old fence, they realized it had been built 2 feet into our neighbors property line. Although the neighbors didn't care, Roberto correctly advised us to do it right because they may not always be your neighbors. We had to put the fence directly in the path of a large palm and a stump. Roberto calmly dealt with the issue and came up with a solution. We are very happy with the quality of the entire job, and have recommended him to our neighbors.

RGC was on time from initial consultation to completion of the project. The owner of RGC worked hard to make sure I was happy with the project and always made himself available. Quality of the fencing is superb and would highly recommend RGC Fencing.

Customer service and price were both excellent. Roberto came to the appt on time and provided many samples and explained the pros and cons of each material and style. His pricing was well below my other two quotes. His wife was very helpful and persistent with the City of Hollywood's permit requirements. I have an unusual shaped property that required a revision and several trips to city hall to meet with various depts. The fence went up in one day. Workers were instructed to spread the sand but since there was so much and it was smothering the grass, he gladly sent workers back the next day to remove the sand. I would certainly recommend this company. The work hard to provide fair pricing and EXCELLENT customer service.

Yes, I would recommend or use his service again. He promised to install the fence in two days and he did it, it looks fantastic we love it.

Contacted RGC Fence for a quote to expand our fence. Made the appointment for Thursday at 4:30pm - no one showed up. Called the company the next morning to find out what happened - left a voicemail - never heard back.

They came out and got info, but have not ever called us back. I have left voice mails, but no response. Are they out of business?

Removed old wood fence and built new wood fence. I wanted privacy so they put extra boards up so it didn't allow the neighbors dogs to get through the shadowbox fence. Looks great and they built it the way I wanted. Thanks Roberto and crew!

Everything was great. Communication was excellent. Roberto and his wife were very nice and professional throughout the entire process. They were the best price of all of the estimates I received and the work was of the highest quality. Finished the job in a very timely manner, great experience. Would definitely recommend.

My business partner and I have used Roberto (RGC Fence) for many projects. We are both Realtors, as well as Investors and have referred him to clients and friends as well, and all have been as satisfied with his work as we are. He is always punctual and provides the best quality wood for the fences he installs. We have shopped other fence companies for price comparison, and Roberto is always very competitive and for the service he provides us, he is absolutely the best deal in town for fence installs. One of the properties we had him install a fence at was a flip house that we purchased and renovated and then sold. He installed the fence around the property, the buyers of the home then installed a pool in the front of the house. We referred Roberto to them, but they chose to use someone else, the difference in the quality of the boards and also the work that was done, is very noticeable, they went with a lower price, and as I always say, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! We will continue to use RGC Fence on future projects and also will continue to refer him to future and past clients as well as friends.
