Couldn't be happier with the installation or how the fence turned out. We called about 5-6 different fence installers and were quoted thousands over what RGC quoted us, and yet the quality of the finished product that we received is top notch in every way. We get compliments constantly on how well built this fence is by everyone who comes over to the house; it's the first thing they notice. The gates were reinforced with steel so they don't sag in the future and everything operates incredibly smooth. The owner of the company also assured me that as long I keep a very small sign with company name and phone number in an inconspicous spot on the fence he'll fix any issues we ever have with the fence. Can't recommend Roberto and this company enough.

I was fortunate enough to find RGC Fence on Angie's List and feel that I definately chose the best fence contractor there is. Roberto, the owner is very personable and professional. He gave us a very fair quote and explained the process in great detail from the removal of my old fence to the installation of the new one. He and his crew were very detailed and made sure that the job was done to perfection. He especially has a superior way / method of installing gates so that they do not loosen or come off the hinges in time or due to bad weather such as wind. They were very punctual from start to finish and the work was performed when he promised. We would definately recommend RGC Fence to anyone who is looking for a fair price, along with quality workmanship and an overall above satisfactory experience.

I had a section of my fence taken down to have a swimming pool installed and called RGC to reinstall the fence. The owner came out and reviewed my needs and quoted a fair price to re-install the fence and to meet local codes. They came out that same day and completed the work to my satisfaction. Hard to find reputable companies in South Florida. I would recommend RGC

Roberto the owner accommodated my request for PVC in the front and wood in the back. They placed very high quality locks and hinges on the two PVC gates. The site was challenging with large trees and neighbors chain link but the crew was able to miraculously install a stunning fence without any compromises and they cleaned up beautifully. This company is very fairly priced for their meticulous work.

RGC Fence was wonderful from start to finish, and I could not have had a better experience. Roberto came to estimate the job exactly when promised. In that first meeting he gave me a written estimate, explained each aspect of what he intended to do to get the job done, showed me pictures of the (enhanced) construction he would use for the gates (as compared to my then existing gates) and committed to a specific time frame to start the job. The price quoted was quite reasonable. Within a couple of hours of meeting Roberto, I realized that he was so superior in his knowledge and his approach to our first meeting than the other contractors I had already interviewed that I didn't want to wait for the written estimates from those other contractors and didn't need to interview anyone else. I signed the contract with him the next day. He required a smaller downpayment than the other contractors I had interviewed, and while that was not a factor in my choosing RGC Fence, I thought it showed a lot of integrity for him to wait until the job was completed before getting paid the bulk of his contract price. Roberto's wife Elba called me early morning of the very next business day to let me know that the application for the permit had been submitted to the City of Hollywood.She had also already spoken to the City of Hollywood code enforcement officer to let him know that the permit application was in process (I had received a code enforcement notice to repair or replace the fence.) I considered this excellent customer service, above and beyond what I had expected. Roberto started construction of the fence soon after the permit was issued, and completed the job in a few days. The fence passed inspection immediately. The fence is very attractive and I still get complements on it frequently. Before I met with Roberto I had already interviewed a few other fence contractors, and was waiting for written estimates back from them. Some of them told me that I needed to hire other contractors to dig a trench for the fence and/or cut back the nearby trees and landscaping prior to the fence installation. I had already had the nearby trees and landscaping trimmed back in preparation for the fence installation, and was surprised to have those other contractors suggest additional tree and landscaping work. Roberto agreed to handle whatever digging work was needed at no additional charge.... he said it was part of his job to construct the new fence ..which not only saved me money but also saved me the trouble of finding someone to do that part of the job. Roberto also agreed to coordinate with my tree specialist if need, but after removing my old fence Roberto concluded that he could work with my property as is and no further tree/landscaping work was needed. So all in all I have a beautiful new fence at a very reasonable price built by a company that delivered on every promise and provided hassle free full service and all around exellent customer service.

Roberto was very responsive, polite and knowledgeable and does high quality work based on what I saw. However, price was approximately 30% higher than other estimates.

There were a few issues in the beginning with permits it had to do with zoning and a mistake on the home survey that needed correcting. The owner Roberto addressed the issue and we were able to obtain permit. The work was performed in a professional manner. The fencing product was custom made in his shop. They addressed all concerns and completed job in timely fashion. They obtained closing permits.

Although we had received one other estimate that was a little bit cheaper, after Roberto and his wife, Elba, came out to inspect our property in detail and give us his estimate, we decided to go with this small family-run business and we could not be happier! Roberto explained the whole process, including the permitting and inspection. He also explained that he was not able to start the work for about 2 weeks but we were fine with that. Elba followed up with us a couple of days before the planned start date to verify that the permit was in place and confirm our start date. Once Roberto arrived with his two assistants, it was amazing how quickly they were able to install our fence! Within one full day, it was completed and we were totally satisfied. He uses quality materials from Home Depot as a licensed contractor. When we had about a dozen slats start to crack a couple of months later, within one week of notifying him, they were replaced, even though he could not return the damaged wood to Home Depot for a refund. So many neighbors and a brother-in-law have commented in the last year how well the fence was built and how sturdy the gate was built. I have kept the RGC Fence sign up cause I totally believe in the service that Roberto, his wife Elba and his two assistants provide!
