Reliable Electrical Service

Fabulous. This was the first time using Reliable. I'm a guy that's slow to change companies. The company I was using for 10 years.. well, I just stopped trusting them as all they wanted me to do is buy a new generator (mine is 10 yrs old) So I tried Reliable. It was like Night and Day. Justin, the tech, reported the spark plugs were loose, oil was old and the old company caused a short. Bottom line.. he complimented me on an older unit that was in good shape! He did say that i should consider a new unit, but for now, it looks good. THAT'S the way to do business! Bravo! Thanks, Justin

My initial call was for an estimate. We scheduled an appointment and they arrived on time. They provided several estimates for different options. Some were way outside my budget, however I did select one that would provide what I wanted and was in budget.. Another appointment was scheduled for the work to be done. Again they arrived on time and stared the work immediately. From my perspective the work was excellent. They definitely knew what they were doing. The work was very professional. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

Kudos to Donnie. Reliable provided great, quality service. I had a few projects that required an experienced electrician -met my expectations on testing, rewiring, replacing, and installation of electric outlets, ceiling fans, and much needed circuit breaker panel. Also, removal of old materials and clean up was impressive. Thank you

We have a maintenance contract with them. They’ve been doing maintenance once a year. I’m on a contract for that.

We didn’t really shop around that much, but I’d give them an A (for price).

We have used Reliable Electric once before with great results. This time we needed him to instal a new transformer and repair an underground line that was damaged during hurricane Irma. Several calls and texts received promises of coming for repairs, but he never did. When I texted him a picture of the underground line being exposed to the rain and that needed repair, he replied; It was now too late.!!! We hired another company who respopnded promptly and made the repairs same day.

We needed to replace our landscape lighting fixtures and reconnect a broken line. Brian responded, followed up, and was available at all times. He showed up on schedule and completed the job quickly. The end result is very nice. I highly recommend him.

Customer service was terrific - I called firm after hours on Friday - answering service offered to have my call returned on Monday. Well, I received a call from Chris early Monday morning. I described the situation of my lamp post that had bent over at the base and I had a ladder supporting it from falling and damaging the light fixture. I asked If I could be scheduled for same day service and I was. Chris stated that their trucks are like mobile warehouses and are fully equipped. Also that they have flat fees for services. They were able to accommodate me that morning. And, an electrician by the name of Donnie showed up within a short time. He was courteous and professional. He removed the old post and set the base - He did a great job. As he was finishing up the paperwork, he asked if I had any other electrical repair concerns. I showed him an outdoor pvc electrical line that was damaged. And he said that he would be able to repair it. It was a fantastic experience. Some of my neighbors had gathered and were impressed with the results.

Once the permit was issued Reliable Electrical Srv started the work within days. The job was two days long. They were thorough and did good quality work. There was quite a mess made with all the cutting in the ceilings but Reliable Electrical Srv cleaned up after each night. Bottom line is, they showed up on time and did quality work and I would recommend them.

Brian was very prompt and professional, when said he would be there to work - he was there. Worked very well around our work schedule. Always left work are clean and safe to maintain our normal daily uses. Explained all work very thoroughly, and when he needed to disconnect electric, made sure to schedule with us. Brian was always on the site, doing the work, and was often accompanied by 1 -2 very respectful employees.
