+ -1 moreEverything went fine. Angie's list is causing my irritation, as I have already written a very nice recommendation on this person and his exterminating company.
Description of Work: He sprayed around the outside of the house, knocked some spider webs down. This is very frustrating, because I've already written a very nice report on him. What have you done with it?

+ -1 moreSam, the technician called the night before even on labor day to make sure we were on schedule for spraying. He is AWESOME!!! I informed him that I was unable to be there but i could leave a door open. He said he would lock everything up for me after he left. Its nice to be able to trust the companies you hire and to know that they will respect your home as you would.

+ -1 moreI tried to explain to him that I was not notified someone was coming out my house that Saturday. He would not listen to me. Yelled at me, this after 2 months before I asked to cancel service because one of his people did not show for the second month in a row. After I agreed to keep them on, he sent a very nice guy out to spray my house. The person that came explained that their company was going through and quot;issuesand quot; and have had this problem with my normal person who is suppose to come to my house and spray. I tried to explain to Skip Thompson, the owner, that no one contacted me. I took a picture of my phone log on my phone and sent it to him. I tried to explain that if it was my fault, I would own up to it. His response was and quot;Growth up, you and yor roommate shouldn't have to be baby sisters!and quot; That was a quote from the text back.
Description of Work: Several scheduled appointments on Saturdays were no shows. Skip Thompson, the owner contacted me saying that I was an unreliable client because I wasn't at the house for a scheduled appointment that he scheduled. He did NOT contact me to schedule the appointment. He was extremely rude!

+ -1 moreI have been working with them for years. They are great and flexible. I have a dog in the house, so, they are cognitive of the dog. They will come out if there is a problem at the last minute with no exceptions.
Description of Work: We use the monthly pest control and exterminating services of Rebel Exterminators.
