Terrible! The worst cleaning I've ever seen. They did arrive on time and the 2 people were very nice. I was happy to have them in my house and was seriuosly thinking about signing up for regular cleaning. Well something was very wrong because they didn't know how to clean. It was a girl (Ann) and a guy(can't remember his name) and the guy especially had no clue how to clean. I unfortunately didn't inspect anything before they left and gave them a tip. I really can't believe what I found. I only gave them 3 rooms to clean. I figured I'd rather have those 3 rooms cleaned really well instead of speading it out around the house. It was a guest bathroom, the master bath and the kitchen. I need to start by saying that nothing was especially dirtly to begin with. I'm having company the end of the week and have to go away for a couple days for work so thought it would be a good week to try them out. I literally had to re-clean or clean many things. Where to start? How do you supposedly clean a bathroom without cleaning the floors? Not at all. Not even with a dry swiffer. Nothing except the countertop was even wiped down in the master. The top of the tank on the toilet, the TP holder, towel holder, window sill, scale on the floor. Nothing was touched. And again, the floors. Really! I have a new frameless glass shower that I had just cleaned, so what did they clean? the kitched sink was a joke. I looked and at first thought I must be seeing things. He clearly didn't clean the stainless steel sink with Comet or sink cleaner. It was still dirtly and he didn't clean in or around the drains. Didn't remove the drain stopper at all? And around the faucet wasn't cleaned. I ran a papertowel around it becuase I thought I must be wrong. Nope, hadn't been cleaned There's a marble window sill right over the sink. Not cleaned. Really disappointed and not at all what the other report said. I'm not picky at all and it was just a routine cleaning. Nothing special. Obviousley the perfomance depends on the staff doing it, but if these 2 were new, someone should be supervising and teaching. I definately wasted my money. My fault for not inspecting before they left..

The initial estimate was on point. I called in and got a quote and the office staff was very friendly. The cleaners arrived on time(which is big in my book). The cleaners requested a walk through, and then went to work. They finished on time and my house was spotless. I am a very specific woman and they cleaned everything exactly the way i requested. all in all I was very impressed and we will continue to use them.
