Re-Bath of South Florida

Hired Re-Bath to replace an existing vanity with a Birch brand 60" vanity w/sink (no faucet). I dealt with a fairly high pressure Salesperson who ensured me that the sink which was being installed was in fact the same (Kohler) as what I had place. I attempted to negotiate with him to reinstall my existing counter-top, however he insisted the new one was going to be comparable to my existing 4 year old Silestone. Installer arrived on time, however the counter top was nothing like Silestone and the sink was built in (all made materials), not what I expected (but not horrible). Installer was pleasant and he left and told me that I could expect some leaks.... I accepted this from him, with the expectation that they would come back in the event of a leak. Sure as ****, there was a leak (bad) from the water line of a new $250 faucet for which I had to tighten a supply line. No big deal, however the counter top was not level and needed shims, which is also not unusual. My feeling is this should have been done at the installation and not an additional visit which I had to be home and take time off to be on site. I noticed that one of the drawers was closing slowly, so I contacted Re-Bath and attempted to get them to come out and repair (note about 3-4 weeks after install). They told me I would have to pay a $120 service call charge, which I refused to pay. They agreed to come out w/o service charge on January 28, 2019, but had to cancel soon afterwards as they expected me to be home the entire day to wait for the Technician. It is now February 6, 2019 and I have not heard from from Re-Bath. I am disputing my charge w/AMEX and will not pay the remaining amount until this vanity is worth $3500! A ridiculous amount indeed, however I didn't feel like doing it myself. Next time I need this kind of work, I will call either a recommended installer or DIY! Nick DeVito

I had a very nice experience with Re-Bath. Their design consultant came out and talked to us and helped us we picked the new look that we wanted. They did our shower, took out a tub in the other bathroom and put in a shower. The installers were nice, good and very efficient. They had two bathrooms done in three days. I am very satisfied with the product, service and value.

Re-Bath has been wonderful to work with. From the knowledgeable salesman, to the friendly installers and the finished product. Dave our installer was professional and did a wonderful job removing our old tub and replacing it with a new one including wall panels, and it's beautiful! And he even cleaned up! Thank you Re-Bath!

We got Re-Bath's bath and shower about a month ago. The design consultant was confident about their product and the installers were wonderful. They were able to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction. We love Re-Bath and we would recommend them to somebody.

My bathroom is 30 years old and it was time to remodel it. So we had Re-Bath remodel the two bathrooms. Their Design Consultant was very nice, came on time and explain the process in detail. Also, the installation team was very professional, nice to talk to and clean. They were great and I'm happy.

I was sharing one sink with my wife and wanted to convert the bath-tub to a regular shower, so we decided it was time to remodel our bathroom. We liked Re-Bath's product, the fact that they could come in in two days and have it done was the deciding factor. They were very professional, constant communication and they even showed up afterwards to provide us cleaning supplies. The installers were very professional as well. They put walking paths down to make sure they didn’t disturb anything or dirty up any areas. They were very consistent with being on time and finishing up when they said they were gonna finish. They also asked questions, making sure I was satisfied with the work they were doing and keeping me involved. Highly Recommended

Our bathroom was looking bad, and I knew I had to do something with it. I decided to call Re-Bath of South Florida. The Design Consultant showed me all the options, he was very polite, the consultation was free and no commitment need it. We had the tub taken out, and convert it to a shower. The installers were terrific. They came very early in the morning. They made sure everything was neat and clean and cleaned up when they were done. They did a really good job. Our bathroom remodel came out great and I'm real happy with it. I would recommend Re-Bath.

The Design Consultant was very pleasant, and gave me some very good ideas without being pushy, the installation took only 2 days, the installers were very careful, and left the area clean. I am very happy with the results, quality and price.
