+ -1 moreI hired Raider Rooter on August 25th. In the process of locating the tank the tech punctured the a/c line causing air conditionning breakdown and costing $850.00 to repair. Tech attempted to unclog drain pipe but was unsuccessful due to equipment failure( no water pressure). Advised another crew to come to "snake" the pipe. No one ever showed up to take over and resolve the issue. Initially company charged me for "jetting" the line despite the fact they never actually perform that service. Finally, company agreed to give me a discount on the "jetting" (they never performed)as a compensation for the damaged ac. At the end Raider Rooter tried to blackmail me threatening me by calling city/county building code enforcement. Mobster practice! What a work ethic!

+ -1 moreVERY BAD!!!! They are sueing me after they did not do what out agreement in writing said they would do.
Description of Work: This company did not do what they said they would do, Now they are threatening to sue me, and looks like they are for sure going with sueing me. Please beware of Raider Rooter. Bad, Bad business. The name Raider definitely has a menaing, just not the meaning you are looking for. They are sueing me AFTER they did not do what we agreed in writing!!
