Peter responded almost immediately, saw the tree, gave a proposal, and when we decided to go ahead with it he called me to schedule the job. They showed up on time an all the members of the crew were very polite and performed a very efficient job, cleaned all the mess and retrieved all the limbs cut. They delivered what they promised. I am satisfied.

They showed up when they were supposed to, gave me an estimate, answered my questions, and make an appointment to do the work. They showed up as promised, went right to work cutting the tree, grinding, and carting it all away. Fast, friendly, and professional. I would definitely use them again!

I have used Peter on several building that I own. He is always pleasant to deal with and fair. He sometimes gets a little busy and needs to be called again but have never had to hound him to get a quote or get the work completed in timely manner.

They came right out, were very nice, worked quickly, and were very knowledgeable. They were very, very good.

Pete came out to do an estimate on a Saturday morning,. He walked the property with me and was very knowledgeable about all the various trees, their current condition and what needed to be done to clean up my property and make the trees healthier. I admit to having neglected tree service for 5 years or so. I hired Pete on the spot, since I liked his straight-forward approach and the price of $1775 was reasonable with the 15% Angie's List discount and extent of the work. R & R scheduled the job as soon as Pete got the utility check done through my city, which took about a week (required when they are grinding stumps and removing roots). Pete and his 6-man crew arrived promptly at 8:30am and the work and cleanup was completed in 1 day. They had to deal with my crazy neighbor who became upset they were removing unhealthy trees which were technically within my property line. Pete and his crew were very professional in dealing with her outburst. I will definitely hire R & R Tree Service again for the annual upkeep of my trees.

His attitude made me feel uncomfortable. I have 3 coconut trees that are loaded and 2 hang over the house and shed. He gave me a price on 2 of them. I thought the price was kind of high. He was not friendly at all.

Peter provided a quote within a few days of the first time we spoke. It took me a couple of days to make a decision. Mid morning Wednesday I informed Peter that I would like R&R to remove the tree & stump etc. the job was complete by 6 pm the following day. No complaints! Very happy with this work!

We were extremely pleased with the job performed by R & R Tree Service. The crew trimmed a bottlebrush tree and 10 Roebelenii palms. Everything looks absolutely beautiful. The tree has never looked so good, and the palms look great. The job was done quickly and the yard was felt perfectly clean. Peter, the owner, is a pleasure to deal with. He came with the crew, and made sure everything was done to perfection. We will call them back next year.

Peter's team came on the day contracted for and did all the work we had discussed. Peter also shared with me tips on how to maintain the driveway and sidewalk, so the roots can be trimmed back before they begin their destructive path. Peter's team took all the debris away and even used a blower to make certain the property looked great as they left.

Peter came out to our home the day we contacted him to take a look at the job and to provide a quote. The quote was fair and reasonable for the job. We hired his company on the spot, and thereafter, scheduling the job was a breeze. Peter's crew came out and did a very efficient and clean job on our beloved tree. They did not leave a twig! Highly recommend if you are looking for a quality tree pruner and would definitely call them again in the near future.

The first call for an estimate was responded to quickly and the estimate was the same day. The crew and Peter came on time and finished at the time they said they would. The men quickly and efficiently cut down and removed a very tall coconut palm tree that was loaded with coconuts. The job was made more challenging by the fact that the tree was surrounded by other trees and ornamental plants. The were able to take the tree down with little damage to surrounding trees. I would have appreciated if they had raked the area after the job was done but maybe tree companies don't do that. The price was quite fair compared to other estimates and I was very pleased with the work. (The date given above was a guess as I no longer remember when they were here.)

From the initial contact with Peter, to the estimate (fast and fair), it was actually a pleasurable experience. Crew came on time. Peter was with them. Peter and his crew did a great job. They had some hurdles to deal with because there was a big moving van in front of my house because one of my neighbors was moving. So they had to work around that. Overall, they did a great job and am very happy with the outcome. Would definitely use them again.

Castle Tree Art did a great job on cutting back and thinning my large oak tree in the front yard. They also cut back a bunch of Florida Holly that was growing over my back yard fence, from my next door neighbor?s yard. Clean up was excellent. Castle was out for an estimate when they stated they would be, and also on time for the actual work. Great to work with, and I would definitely use them again.

No follow through - I hired him for the job and he never got back to me to schedule.

Peter and his crew were all professional and responsive! The job was complicated for I needed to coordinate several steps with other trades before Peter and his team could cut the tree and then tackle removing roots from a hole cut in concrete pool deck.. The roots of the tree were intertwined with the pool pipes which needed to be removed so the plumber can repair a broken pipe. There were also other pipes and electrical all very close together and we obviously did not want to cut or break those. Peter and his team skillfully worked their way around the mess and was able to remove the tangled roots so the plumber can now fix the pipe. The tree itself was not a easy task. The tree, a large Bottle Brush, overhung the swimming pool, lighting, other trees, and the pool deck. They removed the entire tree without effecting anything else. They did a great job, and I have asked them back to take care of another tree.

If you are looking for a professional arborist, look no further. I left my yard in Peter and his crew's capable hands after going over a few concerns and questions regarding my trees. I am a gardener but know very little about the art of trimming a tree. I pointed out orchids and plants that falling limbs could crush. After quoting a very reasonable price and setting up an appointment for later in the week, Peter supervised a professional crew while I enjoyed my morning coffee! I had absolutely no clean-up to attend to. He will be called back next spring and I will highly recommend him to my fellow gardeners! A+
