Peter was great. Always punctual when he came to give me a quote and with his workers on the day of the job. I called so many companies and found them unprofessional and unreliable. Glad I went with the best! They have now have a new customer for life. Thank you and keep up the great work!

From the moment that I called to request a quote to the moment that they finished the job, they were responsive, professional and effective. Peter called me back immediately to schedule a meeting to provide a proposal. He provided a proposal on the spot and then followed up to schedule the job. The crew arrived on time and was great. They cut and trimmed the tree and were very careful not to damage the fence or play set that sit under the tree. We were very happy with their work and will use them again.

Peter, the owner, was very responsive. He called in advance to let me know the day and time his company would be arriving and, in fact, arrived early. The tree trimming crew was very professional and they completed the job in about one hour which was much faster than than a previous company. I’m very pleased.

R & R did an excellent job. They completed the job exactly as agreed.

Well, I relied on Pete following through with what he said. I was told two different times when he would be out to see the job and give me an estimate. He had 2 chances for my business and it was his choice of when he would come by to see the job. However, he never followed through. I don't know if he came out, but I do know I never received a call back with an estimate. So, bottom line, it didn't go well for me. Therefore, on 9/29 I contacted another company who came out that day, gave me an estimate, and the job was done on 9/30.

Still trying to get quotes for the work.

Pete, the owner, was very professional and responsive. He listened to my needs and concerns and came in with an estimate within 24 hours. The crew came out a couple of days later and did the work cleaning up everything as they went. I recommended them to the owner of the business that I work for and we used them there also with the same excellent results.

Excellent. Can't say enough about the work they did. We were extremely happy with the service. Although they took a while to schedule us (they were very busy with other appointments), it was worth the wait.

Peter and crew arrived promptly at 830AM to perform tree trimming and tree removal. His crew worked efficiently in there scheduled work, then cleaned off the roof and yard area once work was completed. Would hire them again.

Peter came out and gave me an estimate which it turned out was very reasonable compared to other contractors. He called to have their crew come out and do the work earlier than expected, and even though I couldn't be at the property while they were there, they did a terrific job, even hauling away some pre-existing bush and tree debris I had that needed to be taken away. And I was able to pay by credit card over the phone after the job was done. Will definitely use again in the future.

Exceptional service from start to finish. The owner, Peter Sharp came out the same day I called! We discussed the work to be done, he left me a written estimate, and e-mailed the insurance documents I requested that day. I was so impressed by his knowledge and professionalism and he assured me he would be on site to supervise the entire job. We agreed on a day, and he and his team showed up on time. The trees were all expertly trimmed, and the yard left immaculate. Peter explained FL code does not allow for the height of large trees to be "topped", and answered all of our questions in detail. I felt very confident trusting Peter with the care of our very large, old and loved trees, and highly recommend R&R Tree Service. We'll be hiring them again!
