Description of Work: After one call from me, the owner of the company arrived the next day to give me a quote. Two days later,he arrived with a crew and trimmed four large trees. Great service considering that I had called three of his competition first; they never called me back.

Description of Work: We had 2 large overgrown trees that were to be trimmed. On the agreed upon day they came on time Peter introduced me to his crew and left. They were courteous professional and quick. The job was completed, they cleaned up beautifully and even moved my orchids and put them back when they were finished, something I had forgotten to do, I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: job: removal of a single tree and stump grinding of it and other stumps on premises. | |downside: had a few communication gaps. apology and explanation accepted and appreciated but still feel it should be mentioned in a fair review of my individual experience, even if it doesn't necessarily reflect on their usual service level. | |upside: i shopped around a good while before choosing this provider. i'd challenge anyone to find better price for the same level of quality, speed, attitude and cleanup. they'll be first i contact for any future jobs & i would recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: This is the second time I've used R & R. They were so professional and did such a good job on some major trimming/pruning that I didn't hesitate to call Peter with a problem tree. Great service!

Description of Work: R&R Tree Service removed one of our Palm Trees and also trimmed the area around it. They did an excellent job. The staff came on time and were Pleasant.

Description of Work: I messaged through Angies list to get a quote on Ficus Hedge cut and trim. I tried sending pics from angies website, did not work. Finally sent to the vendor's e-mail address, but never received a response. Maybe not a big enough job for them

Description of Work: A huge tree fell over in our backyard on a Wed. I called them and they arrived within a couple hours to give me an estimate. They called on Thurs to confirm a Fri morning appointment for removal. They called again Fri morning to notify me of the time they'd arrive. They arrived promptly, took care to close the hurricane shutters to protect the windows & quickly removed the tree, along with all the roots and ground the stump. My only issue was that they broke a sprinkler line and a plastic pot, offering no recompense for the damage. However, they were very professional and I'd use them again.

Description of Work: R&R provided and estimate. They were professional and gave me impression they were looking out for their customers and the trees best interests. They did not push a sale just to do business. Will definitely call them again when tree services are needed.

Description of Work: They nicely trimmed the palm trees, but scalped the oak tree in the front of our home. I do not know if I would use them again.

Description of Work: One acre lot, removed one large oak tree grinding stump. Trimmed to large oak trees, two large maple trees, 6 medium cypress trees and 8 medium pine trees. Clean job and completed without supervision as promised

Description of Work: They did an amazing job!! |In the front yard they trimmed 2 small trees and cut a stalk off on a large palm and cleaned the pods. |In the back they cut back a large ficus tree that was overgrown from my neighbors yard along with a bunch of palm fronds. They also cut a stalk from a smaller palm and cleaned the pods. Both stalks from the palms would have eventually done damage to the roof. |I would recommend them to family and friends. |Pete, (one of the owners) and the whole crew were a pleasure to deal with! | |
