I made intial contact. Compnay never returned an estimate.

They did an excellent job -- not too much, not too little. I was really impressed with how well they cleaned up and how careful they were not to damage adjacent landscaping.

Good experience from start to finish. The owner was punctual both when he came to estimate the job and do the job; professional manner; all work done as agreed; cleaned up worksite; brought the appropriate equipment to do the job quickly. A breath of fresh air!

They came out t give the quote promptly. And returned for thes ervice upon me hiring them. The men were courteous. But i feel they limited thier time and rushed through the abck trees. leaving many looking shabby. When i asked why this was not done as well as the tohers, theye xplained to me that they couldn't do anymore. but when i have had company, my company even stated how well they trimmed the trees EXECPT the back ones. My company even asked if i had them trim them.

They are great and I can?t say enough good things about them. I would use their services in the future too.

After finding R&R on Angies List, I called and left a V/M which was returned within 2 hours. We spoke about the job and setup for a quote visit. Confirmation was made for the day of the quote and the time was setup for 4:30pm. They showed up at 4:31pm, did a walkthrough of the work needed and provided a fair quote for the work. An hour later, they called to confirm the work for the next day at 9:45am. The workers showed up as stated, completed the work and cleaned up the yard. After contacting many companies who answered the phone drunk, didn't answer the phone or failed to even show up to give a quote, it was an absolute pleasure to work with R&R. I would give a reference for them to anybody that needs tree trimming, I had no problems at all from start to finish.

Company came out when they said they would, did everything according to their estimate and did a great job of cleanup upon completion.

Had to reschedule twice. I insisted on being home when work was to be done, so we had to do it days later than he would have done it.Very professional work. He advised that even though that particular tree is considered a nuisence tree, it requires a permit to be cut down completely. And even though the neighbor has the house for sale, he couldn't cut past the property line and wouldn't cut it back too much because it would make the tree weaker and wouldn't be symmetrical.He is an arborist and it showed.He supervised the job and made sure the workers did it correctly and safely. I didn't request to see the workers comp insurance, which I should have done, so fortunately there were no incidents. They chipped all limbs and cleaned up the yard and driveway. It looks great now. Just aggravating that I had to pay for my neighbor's neglect when they moved out and left it that way!

I called 2 contractors for quotes on a Friday. R & R was on time, spent a great deal of time looking at the trees, the ground, the surroundings, etc. (it was one of the owners who came). The quote seemed a bit high, but it was obviously closely considered. The second contractor forgot his appointment, but came when I called on Saturday, spent about 15 minutes, and offered a quote that was about over $400 less. I was not impressed with his speed and lack of interest. R &R called me to follow up, and I explained my dilemma. He came down a bit on the quote, and we agreed that they would arrive on Monday AM at 8:30. They were, with a large and highly skilled crew that worked fast and impressively. The work was done by 12:30, and the yard and driveway were cleaner than when they had arrived.

I called them up, and he came over when he said he woud . He looked at everything I wanted done, then he came back and finished everything within half a day.

They were very prompt. They did a good job, and everything that they said they were going to do. I was very happy with them.

The owner came to give an estimate the day after I called. He reviewed the yard with me in the rain and gave me an estimate within 10 minutes of completing the yard survey. The crew came two days later as arranged,and after calling to confirm. I was not home during the job ,but the work was the best appearing tree trimming I've had done. The only blip in the experience was debrisin the pool.

I called R&R and they came out the next day to make an estimate. When I accepted, they did the work immediately. My triple canopy jungle of a back yard is now bright and sunny again and there are no longer branches I need fear crashing into my roof in the event of of a hurricane this season. They were polite and thorough. They put all the debris through a wood chipper and took it with them.

The owner came out the same day I called and gave me an estimate. We made arrangements for him to come back in a couple of days to complete the work. He trimmed all the trees and cleaned up the area. He even cleaned up the leaves that fall in my yard from my neighbor's tree.

They were very responsive and delightful to work with. I am considering hiring them again.

I have been using their services for about 4 years now. They are very nice and professional. they are very knowledgeable about the different city codes. With all the hurricanes that we have had we haven't lost a tree yet.

I strongly recommend this company. They called the same day and was able to accommodate us, and came in as promised. Very courteous and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Thanks Angie, you are a life saver.

I would use them again in a heartbeat!!! They came to estimate the day I called and came back to perform the work the very next day. They worked quickly and removed all the debris. Wonderful company!

THEY WERE A DEPENDABLE COMPANY. THEY CAME WHEN THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO COME. THEY GOT THE WORK DONE IN NO TIME AT ALL. THEY HAVE LOW PRICES AND ARE A LOCAL COMPANY.
