R & R Tree Service

They initially emailed me stating they didn't have a phone number to reach me. I replied with the information but it took another week for them to respond. My boyfriend called them and the person that he spoke to was very unfriendly.

When I saw the Angie's List deal which included stump removal ... I jumped on it. Over the course of the last year, we have taken out several Palm trees. Needless to say, we do not have the equipment to "drill out" the stumps. Since we hope to replant at some point in the future, we needed the stumps removed. Everything went like clockwork. His crew showed up with great equipment, the job took less than an hour, and they cleaned up afterwards. I was more than pleased .... and one more project off the "honey-do" list!

Bought a Big Deal for Tree Service, but the provider called to say they do not service my area. Angie's List processed a refund. Scored A for provider's prompt response.

I have used the service before and pleased. the job they do.

Purchased the big deal and then received a message from R &R for my phone number so I could be contacted. I provided the information that day. The next day I received another email message that they were sorry but there was an error in the ad and they cannot honor the deal because they don't cover the Coral Springs area.

I didn't end up using his services, because I remained with my current service provider whose price was slightly less. However, I would still consider using R&R in the future.

They were very responsive but unfortunately they do not service my area. I have requested a refund from Angie's List.

Rare find in South Florida, they return your calls and show up and do a great job, cleaned perfectly afterward. Highly recommend

The owners of R&R were very courteous when they came out to provide a quote. My husband and I received 4 quotes for the large amount of tree work that we needed done. Two of the quotes were from companies we found on Angie's List and 2 quotes were from personal recommendations from neighbors. R&R was the least expensive quote, which usually makes us suspicious. However we decided to select R&R based on ALL of the positive, glowing reports we read in Angie's List and their large amounts of A ratings. On the day of service, they arrived on time, worked hard, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. We were pleasantly happy and would use this company again in the future. Thanks to Angie's List, we found a great company, at a great price!!

The crew worked really hard for 5 hours and did an amazing job. They cleaned up everything before leaving.

The palms were 5 ft from 2 houses and 45ft tall. There was no sign they or the tree service was ever there. All the landscaping below was in perfect shape, lawn raked and the driveway swept. I have used them for my home and work. I don't bother to get other bids. I know the work will be done well and quickly. I can't recommend them enough.

Excellent. Met Peter and we walked the property. I received a fair quote. The crew showed up on time and asked for my feedback as each tree was trimmed. The trees all looked great. Not all hacked up. Thinned out and lifted. With the canopies intact.

The tree had gotten large and too close to the house. The root system was making the lawn hard to mow. They removed the tree and ground the stump. They got rid of the vines and weeds that had started taking over the fence as well. They also trimmed another large tree while they were there. Their pricing is good for what you get and they have never disappointed me.

After calling numerous tree services and received a lot of promises with No Shows, I decided to use Angie's List. Peter answered, said he was in the area and would be by in 15 minutes. He came within the time frame (on a Saturday) and gave me two estimates to decide how I would like the tree trimmed. I called him on Sunday. He called back and said he could schedule the job for Monday. He and his crew came about 11 and went straight to work. Crew was friendly and did a great job on the cleanup. Than you Peter for the fine work. Will hire again.

RESPONDED QUICKLY, PUNCTUAL TO WHAT HE PROMISED, PLEASANT EXTREMELY COMPETENT CREW, WORKED QUICKLY BUT CAREFULLY, LEFT EVERYTHING CLEAN. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED THEM AND WOULD DO SO AGAIN. I WAS VERY SATISFIED AND THE PRICE WAS FAIR FOR THE WORK DONE.

I called five tree service companies and left messages for someone to call me back for an estimate. Two of the five called me back. One of the two never showed up to give the estimate. R & R Tree Service returned my call promptly and came out when he said he would and gave me an estimate and completed the work. They did a very good job and I thought the price was reasonable. My only issue would be the clean up. There were limbs left in my yard (one in my pool) and one of my decorative stepping stones around one tree had been broken. They didn't say anything and I saw it after they left, along with the limbs that were not picked up. There also were other small twigs and leaves that I needed to clean up as well. All in all, they did a good job and I would have them come back and do the trimming again. Next time, however, I will make sure everything is cleaned up before they leave.

Pete was great from the beginning. Came out over Labor day weekend to give a quote, and his team was here Tuesday afternoon getting the job done. They did a great job, were very professional, and made our backyard safe! I sent a message to 4 other providers who all replied after the work had already been done.

They arrived on time as scheduled and promptly went to work. They cleanned up very nicely when finished. Peter was freindly and also informed me why things needed to be done and how. I will definitely call them again in the future.

The crew worked fast and effeciently doing nice work. They took care of specific trimming requests on the fly without any negativity at all. The crew worked great together with no bickering amongst themselves. They cleaned up work areas nicely too! It's been approx. 4 months since the work was done on possibly the town's largest ficus tree. It has new growth filling in nicely. It's easy to see why Richard doesn't need or want to advertise or be a business member of AList. It's refreshing to do business with an Arborist that runs his business with an, "Old School kind of descipline", by being on site answering questions, being able to quote price and squeeze in additional work as needed when doing original job. Price: They aren't the cheapest; Not the highest though. Reasonable value is our best description. After using 11 other Arbor services over the years; R&R is the benchmark the other guys need to compete with.

Peter was easy to work with. We will recommend R&R to our friends and neighbors.

It went very well. We were very happy with the service. They did a great job and left the area very clean and neat. I will use them again in the future if need be.

Quote was done on Saturday, a day after the initial contact. The job was scheduled for the next Wednesday, but they were able to do it 2 days earlier on Monday. Very professional and clean job, reasonably priced.

First time Angie's List user, and it was a delight. R&R came out on time for both the estimate and the tree trimming. Work was done beautifully on both the palm tree and the big tree, price was good, cleaned up perfectly. Not a leaf in the pool. Definitely recommend. Thank you Pete !
