pool cleaners
+ -1 moreOwner gave false information which was critical to our decision to buy a home. Our inspector checked the pool heater and found it to not work properly. The owner of Quiet Waters Pool service, Adam Goldfarb, sent an email stating that all the pool equipment was in perfect working condition including the pool heater. When we called to discuss the conflict, he stated that our inspector just didnt know how to operate it, but it was in 100% working order. The day we moved in, we did what Adam Goldfarb suggested, and lo and behold, it was NOT working. We hired a serviceman to fix it and was told that the heater had obviously not been working for over 5 years. The owner also concurred that she hadnt even used it in over 5 years, so she had no idea if it was working. Adam Goldfarb just blatantly lied to us.
Description of Work: Owner gave false information which was critical to our decision to buy a home.
