Quantum Floors

I had my engineered hardwood floors refinished though Quantum Floors. The entire experience, from start to finish, was a very positive one. Barbara, in the sales office, was thorough and answered all questions I had regarding the process. Jordel, who oversaw the refinishing project, was also very attentive in answering any questions I had, while he was performing the work. The floors turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I will for sure be engaging with them again to complete a flooring project on my staircase. I highly recommend the Quantum team!

Excellent work and very professionally done. We shopped at the Palm Beach Gardens location and worked with Junior. He was very accommodating and extremely helpful. The installers did a wonderful job and the floor looks great. Very happy with Quantum's professionalism and the quality of the installation and the product itself. Would definitely hire again.

They worked with us to keep in budget. Arrival and work went rather smoothly with a couple of glitches in terms of making sure the flooring went in correctly. One worked was excellent and very responsive. The other was skilled but not terribly accepting of questions. Overall product was good with a couple of things that could have been done better. Satisfied with outcome.

The job went very well. The installers were punctual and did an excellent job, Marchal, the sales manager, was extremely responsive and professional.

We found Quantum Floors through Angies List and are so pleased with our decision to move forward with them. We had previously looked for engineered wood flooring at Floors and Decors and went to Quantum primarily for a quote on installation only. However, once arriving to the show room we were blown away with how professional and helpful their team was. We quickly realized that the floors we had originally chosen were of an inferior quality and not something we'd be happy with long term. Nick offered to match the price we received which was awesome. We ended up paying significantly more for our flooring at Quantum (our choice) but got a far superior product and paid a little extra to get a wood that was actually scraped by hand (as opposed to machine hand scraped). This gave it a much more natural/rustic feel which was perfect since we have a dog and a baby. Nick spent well over 2 hours with us helping us choose the perfect type and color of wood and let us go home with a sample board that we were able to view in different lighting. This was a major purchase for us so we really appreciated their patience and knowledge in helping us make a good decision. They went further above and beyond by giving us 4 free boxes of wood that they had on hand from a previous job. Once the floors were chosen, we moved onto installation. Quantum was the cheapest provider we found for installation by a good margin. This surprised me, but again we are very pleased to have used them. They showed up on time and worked really hard throughout 4 days to finish the install before we moved in. We also had painters/handymen in the house and they were very professional in working around these other teams. The job took ~25% longer than initially anticipated and this was difficult for us as we were working on a very condensed timeline but I would not have changed anything. Nick showed up to the house multiple times each day to help keep things on track and to speak with us about the progress. The team lost a good amount of time installing our floors around a limestone wall/fireplace but Nick had his team cutting the stone in order to slide the hardwood underneath so that it looked polished. This is not how the previous floors were laid and it made all the difference. Just that one attention to detail gave that room a totally different look. Nick has also been extremely helpful post installation in helping us address a few soft spots on the floor. All in all, this was an exceptional decision over a major investment. This was a large job and one that came with a lot of stress and anxiety. Nick and the Quantum Floors Team helped us through every step in the process and it went a long way in making us feel more confident and calm in our decision. We absolutely LOVE our new floors and would recommend this company to anyone with a flooring need. Exceptional work and exceptional team.

From my very first point of contact with Nick, Quantum was professional and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. I had a few different vendors give quotes for this work and although the prices were very similar I chose Quantum as I felt they had done a good job at answering my questions and setting my expectations. The day the installer was to arrive he showed up exactly on time. I was surprised it was just one guy but he was able to move all of my furniture and did the work in about 6 hours. He took great care to make sure everything was in its place when he left and he did a great job at cleaning so there was no mess at all. It was a very professional job and I am happy with the work. Nick who is the owner of the company stopped by during the day to see how the job was going which impressed me. I would use them again if I needed more work. I was very happy with my experience with this company.

Nick and Quantum are great to work with. They're every ounce professional, focused, prompt, responsive, fair, and thorough. They're also easy-going, friendly, and calm. In my experience, highly-rated providers are very busy. Yet Nick and his team never once rushed me, forgot about me, or let me down. Nick came out to see my quirky little cottage and didn't seem put off by the angles or slopes (it's a historic fishing cottage that needs a bit of babying and special treatment.) Nick listened to what I want, took measurements and we agreed to meet a few days later at Quantum to look at samples and pick out flooring. The showroom is designed to showcase the flooring in natural light, with samples big enough that you get a sense of how they scale. I quickly narrowed down to one I liked and a day or so later, I had an invoice and we were scheduling the job. It was all easy, relaxed, and painless. The day of install, everyone showed up on time, was friendly and reassuring, and they beat their estimate by a couple hours (which meant I got home sooner than expected, which was much appreciated.) Nick followed up post-install to ascertain that all was as expected. He answered all my questions about floor-care and a month later I'm still a very happy customer. Overall, an excellent experience. This is the flooring company to use!It all went smoothly from the initial meeting with Nick Duprey to the two day installation of the flooring and carpet removal by a friendly and competent crew.Our new hickory floor looks great!We couldn't be more pleased.

We were extremely pleased with the installation of our Bamboo floors.? The installers were on time and worked continually to get the job done in one day.? They installed over 7000 square feet of wood over tile floors and replaced all of the floor base boards.? All the furniture was carefully moved and replaced. They did an excellent job of cleaning up when they were done.? I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of installing wood or bamboo flooring.

The new garage floor was done to highlight a classic muscle car. It was designed in the checkered-flag pattern w/ Diamond Grid-Loc tiles and it came out beautiful. From the initial contact w/ Nicholas to the final install by the tile man, everything was handled as professionally as I expected. It's obvious why Amazon Wood Designs has an "A" rating on Angie's List. I would use them again, and have already recommended them and the Diamond Grid-Loc tile to my classic car friends.
