Pristine Carpet Cleaning

Andy is great. So friendly and personable. He did a great job on our carpets, and spent a lot of time trying to get the stains out of our large, white couch. The carpets and the couch look much better. Not brand new, but that would be impossible. It is nice that he uses all non-toxic chemicals and there are no fumes. As we have a crawling baby in the house, this was a must. I am very pleased with the service and the price, and would hire him again.

We have only lived here 6 months but have trashed the carpets already. Having multiple animals and a small child will do that. We were concerned about dangerous chemical exposure to all of us living here, so went with an environmentally friendly carpet cleaning service. Andy was great. He showed me the chemical that he would be using (no VOCs, hypoallergenic, no petrochemicals), cleaned all 3 bedroom carpets (one required pretreating), and then cleaned one small chair for free. The carpets turned out great -- not like they are brand new, but I think that would have been impossible. They look so much better, and there were no nasty fumes. He put a dryer in one room, and the carpet was almost dry before he left. The other 2 rooms dried within a couple of hours. He also gave me a break on the price since I gotten a personal referral to him. Andy is a very nice, personable guy, and I will be hiring him again the next time I need carpets or upholstery cleaned.
