Terrible! Very unprofessional, very nasty, DO NOT EVER CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: Henry was on the roof of our condominium building for an inspection of a unit. He went out of his way to trespass to the other side of the building to do whatever he wanted to the presidents A/C unit. He waited two hours to threaten the president that there were issues with her unit. The associations lawyers had to be brought in to document his actions.

We are very sorry to hear about this review Mrs. [Member Name Removed] we were only doing our job it seems to be that there was some type of misunderstanding. Priority One Air Solutions has been in business for over 20 years and we strive for nothing but excellent service. On Thursday 8/3/17 The City of Tamarac had scheduled an inspection for Mrs. Sidle's air conditioning system a tenant in unit #212 from the above address. The inspection hours were between 8:30-11:30am in which both tenant and president were advised and agreed on. When Jonhhy Cruz (Chief Mechanical Inspector) arrived on site he inspected unit #212 and also took it upon himself to inspect unit #104 and several other units finding them not up to City of Tamarac code standards. Mr. Henry Maganinho (owner of Priority One Air Solutions) did not violate any regulations or trespass on to King's Point Property he simply advised President of association (Mrs. [Member Name Removed]) on the findings inspector noted on 8/3/17.
