My experience was exactly the opposite of the previous review. My garbage disposal suddenly stopped working. I dreaded having to make another expensive repair, then remembered the house I purchased came with a warranty on all appliances, including the disposal. I filed a claim and within seconds, had a referral number and was told to contact Pope. I called late in the day and spoke to Jay, who stated he would come out the next day between 8 am and noon. Jay let me know he was on his way and came out around 10 am. He was very polite and soft spoken. He looked at the problem, returned to his truck to retrieve tools and immediately went to work. He spent quite some time working on fixing the problem. I was worried my disposal was a goner. He was finally able to resolve the problem and my disposal works like a charm. In fact, it's quieter than it was before it broke. My charge was my deductible, which I was perfectly content with. I would definitely recommend him in the future.

The warranty company called and sent out a man who ordered the water heater by gallon size and not by the size of the area where the water heater is located. He also had the water heater delivered to me instead of to him, so it sat in my foyer. Since the water heater that was delivered was too wide, I had to sign a waver for the warranty company to reorder a 30 gallon instead of the 40 gallon; apparently the size of the water heaters have changed. The man came out and installed the correct water heater. About a month later I went to change my air filter and noticed 2 large burn holes. I called the man who installed my water heater and accused him since he was the only one near my filter with anything that could burn holes into it. He acted as if he didn't know anything about it, but said he would see if he could find one. I called up the warranty company which wasn't much help. I then went to Home Depot and one of the men there sent me to a distribution company. The man at the distribution company ended up ordering a new filter for me. It wasn't long after I had a call from the claims department of the warranty company in regards to the plumber finding me the filter, which I had already taken care of, and turns out it only cost him $11. He should have stood up for his mistakes early on.
