PMI Premium Services, LLC

I recently had a frustrating experience with PMI Premium Services while trying to check into their Oakland Park property. This was my third consecutive reservation with them, and I had already successfully paid in full. I was moving from one of their properties to another, and Fernando, the owner, was aware of my situation. Unfortunately, I encountered technical difficulties with their payment system, Charge Automation, when submitting the required security deposit. While I understand that new customers might raise concerns, I had already established a good relationship with them. They were in possession of a security deposit from my previous stay, and Fernando knew I had my dog with me. On what was a particularly stormy day, I found myself left out in the pouring rain for 4 hours while trying to resolve the payment issue. Instead of allowing me to check into the house I had already successfully fully paid for, Fernando insisted on not letting me in. I tried contacting Charge Automation to no avail and my credit card company for assistance which gave me valuable information on a recorded phone call that night. It was disheartening to feel neglected as a returning customer, especially when the issue was on their end, not mine. Additionally, I have concerns regarding potential hidden cameras in their properties, which I reported to the police. I'm still on vacation and haven't followed up on that matter yet but will do so upon returning home. Overall, if this is how they treat return customers, I would advise others to stay away from PMI Premium Services.
