o He is an insurance adjuster. He promised us he would get our insurance company to reimburse us for our costs of prior roof repairs, broken windows, screen enclosure, and a new roof. He did our roof and we have had nothing but problems since. Our roof has had 3 significant leaks. We have again paid out of pocket to get a reputable company to adequately repair it. They did an inspection and took photos of the shoddy work his company did. Flanigan does not guarantee/warranty his own work.
Description of Work: Flanigan installed a new roof. We have (up to this point) had 3 significant roof leaks. We had an inspection of the rooof and were told it was done to the absolute minimum code would allowed even though we paid for a much higher quality of materials. Flanigan does horrible, shoddy work. Do not use him.

I am a Florida State licensed general and roofing contractor, not an insurance adjuster. I take great pride in producing a quality product and have for over 20 years . I have thousands of satisfied customers and hold an A+ rating at the Better Business Bureau. The fact is that the member never paid her bill, and I've had to sue her for payment for work that was done nearly two years ago. Only since the initiation of the lawsuit against her has the member made any complaints. Her fabricated complaints are now only coming to light as a result of the pending lawsuit. The service I provided surpassed the terms of our agreement. She has a new roof that was installed according to Floida Building Code and passed all building inspections. She has failed to pay for that work . This complaint is an inappropriate and vindictive attempt to slander me and my firm. Her attack on my reputation will now become part of the lawsuit. I did a lot of work for the member- good, quality work. In return I was not paid pursuant to our contract, and now that I've had to sue her for payment, I find myself slandered . She will be held accountable as I intend to prosecute her to the full extent of the law. When the court case is over I will print the outcome which I expect to be favorable to me for both breach of contract and slander.
