not good, the job was never completed. as of today i still have broken pipes that according to pacific were already repair by their technician but for some reason they are still broken. Also a dripping system was installed around my new hedges/ plants which i didn't want a dripping system since the beginning but the technician insisted to install the dripping system and now my new plants are not getting the require amount of water and now i have to spend time and gas to go water the plants everyday. I use pacific because they were recommended by a friend and engies list. i'll never use this company again or recommended them to anybody. i regret and resent the day i hired pacific lawn. look at the pics, that's exactly how i found them the next day i came.

Response from Pacific Lawn Sprinklers
Pacific Lawn Sprinkler first spoke with Mr. [Member Name Removed] on 2/3/20 & we scheduled a free inspection of his irrigation system on 2/8/20. At the time of the inspection, it was determined that he needed a new timer & new valves to get the system up and running before any additional assessments could be done. Mr. agreed to the work & it was done on 3/2/20 at which time he was given another estimate to repair breaks in the lines as there were breaks in all four zones as well as replace many old heads that were not working properly. That work was completed on 3/16/20. Pacific went back on 3/25/20 and repaired a break at no charge. Mr., had called in & said there were still one area that needed water & there were two more breaks in lines that we told Mr. that we would be there on 4/4/20 however after scheduling with Mr., he called the day before the appointment & cancelled. At Pacific Sprinklers, outstanding customer service is our number one priority, we make every effort to leave our customers with a positive experience. Occasionally, there are times when due to circumstances we need to return a few times to repair older systems. We did try to reach out to Mr. [Member Name Removed] several times with no response from him. It is unfortunate that he cancelled the appointment & that he will not accept our calls to try to rectify the situation.

Angel was awesome! Pacific Lawn Sprinklers was very responsive and professional. When I called, the customer service rep scheduled my appointment right away and send me an email to confirm. Angel called me on the way, repaired my sprinkler head and checked all of the other sprinklers. I cant say enough good things about Pacific Lawn Sprinklers

It was okay. I don't think they did everything we wanted them to do.. Some of the sprinklers are already broken. I would not have them come back. They do want to charge me $70 for them to come back out.
