Do not call this company! I had two previous repairs done on the same area. The first was done in May 2019 and the second in September 2019. The problem persisted and we called them again for the third time assuming the repair was under warranty. Joe Titus came out and said he’d look at the roof and will let me know the price to fix it. I told him I was under the impression that it was still under warranty. He snapped and said he wasn’t here to argue. I was perplexed at his unusual behavior since I was speaking to him in a calm and civilized manner. He began to rant and was saying his company is ethical, however I never questioned their practices nor did I offend him. I was shocked that our interaction took this negative and scary turn. He continued to lash out like a Karen bringing up my husband’s profession and wanted to point out that he is an engineer. Maybe he has an inferiority complex and felt he had to state his credentials? Whatever the case, I did not provoke this man and felt intimidated by his belligerent behavior. He also stated that my roof was falling apart which is completely untrue. The only problem we have is the persistent issue they repeatedly fail to repair. This company was better off when Jason Plaskett was the owner. He valued quality customer service, was respectful and always had a smile on his face. Unfortunately, this is not the case any longer. Needless to say, I will not be calling this company for future repairs.

Pacific Coast Roofing was recommended to me and I can understand why. They came immediately to give me a quote. And they sent someone the next day to repair the roof. I was delighted with their service and especially the way they showed me rotted wood they removed so I could feel confident they had done a good job!

The original job was post-wilma. they were priced decently. We waited a long time, but I understand that it was post hurricane. The roof was fine, but the work was sloppy. Mess all over the yard, damaged plants and shrubs. One month after the roof was finished, we ended up with the entire kitchen wall leaking. they came back to repair the flashing and had to do it at least two more times in the year following. 3 years later, we had a bee infestation because they left holes where the roof met the house wall. We spent $1000 to have the bees removed. We called "Joe" the owner and had him come out to discuss. We wanted his crew to check that there would be no other holes where this could happen again. He was the most nasty, demeaning and hostile contractor we ever dealt with. I would NEVER recommend Pacific Coast, nor would I do a lick of business with them again.

Owner of company came to give estimate, climbed upon roof to see problem. Problem taken care of and 4 months later no leaks. Your company save me from picking another one the I had in mind and found out through Angie's , not a good report.

The company scheduled my work quickly at a time when many roofs were damaged by Hurricane Wilma. The company removed my existing roof and installed the new roof. Tiles were in short supply at this time, so we had to wait approximately a year for concrete roof tiles, but were advised of that by the company.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY HAD AN AWFUL LOT OF WORK TO DO. THEY WORKED VERY HARD. THEY GOT EVERYTHING DONE ON TIME. WE DID NOT ENCOUNTER A SINGLE PROBLEM.
