Omega's Lawn Service

It went fantastic! They went above and beyond to make sure that I was turning in the house even better than I received it. It's amazing the difference - I didn't even recognize my back yard. Hired them to do regular lawn maintenance for my new home as well.

When I first called to make an appointment and for a quote and so forth, they told me that they do the estimate first. They said okay fine. They said that they would come down, maybe Wednesday or Thursday and give me the estimate. I got an email letting me know that a technician was in the area and they would look over the property and give me the estimate. They told me it would be about $30. I said that this was okay. They came on Friday to cut my lawn. They did it very fast, like maybe 5 to 10 minutes. This was very odd as they said that they were done. I said to them that they did not cut it low enough, as the lawn looked like it was barely cut. There isn't even that much of a lawn to cut in the backyard and it was barely noticeable and less than satisfactory as I did not want to have to get the lawn cut again next week. They told me the that I never told them how low I wanted it cut, I told them that they did not ask. I then asked if they could go ahead and cut the grass lower, they then told me that they did not have the right blades or equipment to do so. So they did re-cut the front lawn, but not the back because they told me that they could not get the equipment through the door. So what they did was barely okay, the technician kept trying to make it my fault. He wasn't nasty, but just trying to pass the blame. So I paid them and that will be that. I am NOT happy with the service. I would also so that I don't believe them that they were out the first time to look at the property for an estimate.

I use Omega's Lawn Service. I used them maybe a month ago. For the regular lawn service it's $35. They're fine, they're no problem.

The yard clean-up went very well. T he yard looked very nice when the job was finished. They were on time and did not rush through the job. I was very pleased the work that was performed. I use the service today and I am pleased with the work that is done.

I normally use him for general Lawn maintenance. Last time I've used him to trim up things and make it look better.

Omega Lawn Service was excellent. He came the same day I called and worked very hard and long on my yard. He was very friendly, courteous and professional and I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Kevin and his father are prompt, courteous, friendly, hard-working and very reasonably priced. They are always there when they say they will be, respond to all phone calls, and work with you to provide the services needed at the best prices possible. They are wonderful and I highly recommend them as a painful lawn care service.
