Nice n Clean

I've had them clean my home since November 2016. My husband was diagnosed with lung cancer in October 2016, so cleaning the house was very important since he was having chemo/radiation. I explained to the owner that my schedule might change a lot because of his illness and he assured me he would work with me. I'm giving them an F for professionalism because about a month they "fired me" because I had to cancel the same day to take my husband to the ER. I did call ahead of time to let them know (from the ER). A relationship works both ways they have canceled and re-sceduled me many times and the cleaners have been late on numerous occasions, but I never complained because they understood my situation and were willing to work with me. I was very upset and dissapointed. I felt like I needed to apologize for my husband having cancer and not fitting into a normal schedule. I know they're running a business, but I'm a good customer who never complained and always gave the cleaners a $30 tip.

Samio promptly responded by email and then text to determine the game plan. He was attentive, courteous, professional and very clear about what to expect. Samio offered to schedule ther cleaning the following day or any day at my convenience. In, punctually stepped Andre, stage right and scared the living dirt right out of our house. Andre, and his entourage, is a rock star. The three of them whipped into this house, wiped everything spotless, and flew out of here on the wing of Mr. Clean before I could sufocate on all the dirt that “was” here. Andre deserves to be elevated to “knight’hood and the ladies deserve a raise and a cushy new van. I’ve never seen so much dirt disappear at flash speed. The dogs even look cleaner. They must have defurred them along with all the dust bunnies under the beds. The trio could not have been more professional, efficient, and courteous had they had just earned their charm school -sanitation PH.D. I suggest United Airlines hire them to whip the airlines into shape like they did this house. Congratulations on a superb team effort. All the Best, Karen Knight

They arrived early, they were nice & did a very good job cleaning.

They come out every other week. They're good. I like them. They do a good job. They show up when they say they are going to. It takes them an hour and a half or two hours. Usually 3 people come out. They take off their shoes.

These ladies worked hard and got the job done. I would absolutely hire them again. best regards, Lesley

There was a team of three, that was very efficient and did what I needed done. They were asking questions while they cleaned, most people don't ask, or don't do it. THey would ask me what they wanted me to do and not do. THEY LISTENED. They also artistically folded my towels that i had laid out. If there were an A+ option i would have chosen that.

Ordered 4 hour cleaning. 3 people showed up and worked 1 hour. Arrived late due to incorrect address. they had. First glance looked clean, but still have dirty corners in the dining area and under sink cabinet and bottom cabinet still have bug powder from previous tenant/rental gap. Will have to redo thise areas myself.

This company is Exceptional, from the CEO to the staff members. They are punctual and very professional. The customer service is great and cleaning is impeccable. They did very good job! I liked the little touches like folding the toilet paper, the hand towels and washcloths. It gave the appearance of a five star hotel.

It went well. The scheduling was easy. They were punctual and even spent a little extra time to finish up.

We found their cleaners were courteous, hard working, efficient and reasonably priced. We have since hired them for weekly cleaning of our home based on the initial cleaning.

The team was great! I am overly satisfied and cannot recommend them enough. The initial deep cleaning took a while, but when the crew left I couldn't have been happier. From start to finish the team that arrived at the house was professional and worked the entire time. They took there time to ensure everything was done right without cutting corners. Once finished they also did a walk through with me to inspect every single room! From start to finish great job!!
