In 2007, young Brazilian entrepreneur Samio Vasconcelos started Nice n Clean in Boston, Massashussets, to provide New Englanders a reliable, proffessional and affordable cleaning services. For years, Samio served the busy Boston Area, helping American workers. In 2015, Samio moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida and brought Nice n Clean with him. Soon, residents and businesses of Broward County started to try our services and review the new cleaning service and within months Samio saw the necessity and oportunity of growth. Since then, we started to offer crews of 3 people, which is a great differential, American workers are among the most productive in the world and time is money. They love the idea of having a crew of 3 people finishing the job much faster than before. Today, we have crews working every day serving the whole Broward County, and parts of Palm Beach and Miami-Dade County(including Downtown Miami and Miami Beach). Our current goal is to offer services all across South Florida. Nice n Clean is prepared and available to be your trusted partner in COVID-19 (Coronavirus) cleaning and sanitization. We are taking actions to ensure that our commercial and residential clients will receive immediate and uninterrupted service to reduce risk of liability and risk of infection. It includes maintaining a highly-trained team of technicians, chemicals that are EPA-registered to kill Human Coronavirus and personal protective equipment.

"We would like to thank this client for her business and welcome the opportunity to continue servicing her home. We would also like to express our concern for the health of her husband and understand that her family is experiencing an extremely difficult and challenging time. The client stated, "they fired me", while we would not label what transpired this way, Nice n Clean chose to alter our relationship with this client. The client had a standing bi-weekly appointment for cleaning services and on at least four occasions, she cancelled the same day, typically while the cleaning team was in transit to her home. These cancellations are a cost to our company. Due to the clients circumstance, we waived our cancellation policy on each of these instances and did not charge this client. Upon the fifth instance of a last minute cancellation, we informed the client that we needed to remove the standing appointment due to the numerous last minute cancellations. We let the client know would be more than willing to move forward with cleanings on an as-needed basis and instructed her to contact us one to two days prior to being available for a cleaning. This would be to help both Nice n Clean and the client to commit to a cleaning time. Unfortunately, after notifying the client of this decision, we never received a response to schedule future cleanings. As stated, we welcome the opportunity to continue to service this home.
