Nice n Clean

The second time it took a week to respond to my work request. Meanwhile I hired a great company. Wish I got a chance to see their work.

Owner showed up on time to examine property and give estimate. After a bit of a schedule mistake, cleaning crew showed up at the new time. Crew went right to work, were efficient and thorough. I was very pleased with the price charged and the quality of the work done. The amount quoted was exactly what was charged - no creative overages!

This is a great company and Julia and Fatima are the best. Julia ensured my whole house sparkled. They worked so hard from when they arrived until they left. Great service and we want Julia back again.

They did more straightening up rather than cleaning. Too busy fluffing the pillows and vacuuming stripes on my sofa than dusting the room. Didn't even wipe down the kitchen counters.

The manager came and did a walk thru and received all the details of what I required. They sent 3 people to clean. They arrived on time, was very professional and started cleaning immediately. I would definitely hire them again.

The crew was on time, very efficient at getting the work done and pleasant to have in the house. We will be having them on a regular basis.

Terrible service. Blinds still had dust, Inside toilet cabinets were still dirts with debris, Appliances still had dust especially the top of fridge. Base boards were not wiped as well as cobwebs were still visible throughout home.. Total overall waste of $300!!!!

So great to work with!! I had to reschedule, and tho' both hiring and rescheduling on very, very short notice, they were exceptionally accommodating. Super responsive and customer service oriented, the team showed up and WORKED HARD! I needed some extra time to really get the job done, and AGAIN, they worked with me to make it happen. Moving is soooo stressful, but getting the "last" cleaning done by this company made one piece much easier. Despite MY chaos, this company treated me with the utmost professionalism and quickly reacted to support me. It is absolutely evident that for Nice&Clean, the Customer Comes First. I highly recommend them.

Incredible! They show up like an army brigade to clean your house. They are all very nice, but all business as each moves quickly to get the job done. My house feels so clean and smells so good after they leave it makes you feel good. They are also very prompt and show up when they say they will. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a great reliable housekeeping service.

I was very happy with the house cleaning performed by Nice and Clean. The staff was very responsive over the phone. They came and gave me an estimate at a time that I was convenient for me, and it was also easy to schedule an appointment for the housecleaning that worked for me. They were very accommodating and very thorough in determining my needs. A 3 person team arrived on time with all the equipment they needed. One of the women spoke excellent English and I explained my expectations. They did a very thorough job and when I checked in with them to see if they were cleaning as I expected, they were very courteous and checked their work. They worked continuously and quietly. When they were done and I found a few items that has been missed or not done well, they went back and finished those items without complaint. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely hire them again. I appreciate how clean they left my new home, and they completely met my expectations.

I started using Nice n Clean a couple of months ago and have been very pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness. The service is fast and efficient, which can be both a positive and a negative. I'm a very detailed, OCD kind of person and a tough one to please, so I will say that the positives FAR outweigh any issues I have. I so appreciate having them clean my home with a smile, and I appreciate the kindness with which they respond to my requests. Their staff is wonderful and I have liked all three teams that have come to my home. I look forward to continuing to use them!

Nice & Clean have excellent service and did a fantastic job. The workers left the place gleaming and I was very pleased with their work. The owner was very accessible, as were the workers while they were cleaning my place.

Gerald and his helper did a GREAT job. Called and got an immediate answer. Offered to come out same day for an estimate, had to decline that offer but Gerald set it up to come out the next morning. Gerald arrived on time, gave estimate, I accepted, he started the job right there and then. Great communication, very efficient, great quality job. Very satisfied, would hire again.
