In 2007, young Brazilian entrepreneur Samio Vasconcelos started Nice n Clean in Boston, Massashussets, to provide New Englanders a reliable, proffessional and affordable cleaning services. For years, Samio served the busy Boston Area, helping American workers. In 2015, Samio moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida and brought Nice n Clean with him. Soon, residents and businesses of Broward County started to try our services and review the new cleaning service and within months Samio saw the necessity and oportunity of growth. Since then, we started to offer crews of 3 people, which is a great differential, American workers are among the most productive in the world and time is money. They love the idea of having a crew of 3 people finishing the job much faster than before. Today, we have crews working every day serving the whole Broward County, and parts of Palm Beach and Miami-Dade County(including Downtown Miami and Miami Beach). Our current goal is to offer services all across South Florida. Nice n Clean is prepared and available to be your trusted partner in COVID-19 (Coronavirus) cleaning and sanitization. We are taking actions to ensure that our commercial and residential clients will receive immediate and uninterrupted service to reduce risk of liability and risk of infection. It includes maintaining a highly-trained team of technicians, chemicals that are EPA-registered to kill Human Coronavirus and personal protective equipment.

The house was fairly straightened up and already relatively clean. This allowed them to work on special cleaning. My house looked like a show place when they were finished! My floors have never shown so bright. (We want to get them back to find out their secret to cleaning our laminate floors.)

The cleaning service went fine. I just had my house fumigated for termites so every surface had to be cleaned. I only wish they had been able to give me more time. The guys are very honest. They found a gold earring that I lost and alerted me immediately and also found missing eyeglasses. The guys worked very hard. Nothing was broken which I appreciate so much. And yes I would hire them again.

It went very well. They were prompt, professional and did nice work. I also was impressed with the way they folded my paper goods (tissue, paper towels) and towels! It was a nice touch!

I booked a cleaning service for 4 labor hours and the guys came as three people, so each of them cleaned for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
I thought they wouldn't be able to finish the area I wanted to be cleaned but these guys are very professional and fast enough to vacuum and wet clean the kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, one office and the big lounge at the given time.
The whole space just looks very clean.
Would definately recommend them and book them again.

They did the clean job thorough and fast. After the cleaning they also made beds and organized the kids' rooms and play room. They're very good at organizing the chaos as well as the cleaning. The room looks clean and organized after they're done.

This went so very well, they did all I asked for and more. They came in ( group of 3) we talked and went over what I was looking to achieve and they started each went in a different direction and the transformation started. It was wonderful... dusting lot and lots of dusting, bathrooms starting to shine, fingerprints disappearing and cabinets and mirrors shining. They were absolutely wonderful. Little touches that were amazing and a home that was now fresh and clean. They were so very pleasant to work with and have them in my home. I will surely be calling them to come back.

We hired Nice N Clean to perform a deep clean of our company's office every 2-3 months and today we had our first clean. The staff was very courteous, punctual, and detailed oriented. They asked questions about how we wanted specific areas cleaned and then followed through perfectly with our instructions. You cannot beat their price for the great quality of service they provide to the Fort Lauderdale area. I was so impressed with their service that I am seriously considering asking them to perform this same service for my residence, I have never had professionals clean my home. We are looking forward to our next clean in a few months.

Sami and team were excellent - friendly and on time. I was pleased to see them use the appropriate cleaning materials for my porcelain tile floors. They removed pretty much all of the dust leftover from months of construction and left our place looking, smelling and feeling like new. Highly recommended - I intend on retaining their services in the future.
