Regards, Nice n Clean **To Angie's List Members Reading Our Reviews** At Nice n Clean, we differentiate ourselves with our attention to detail and top notch customer service. It is extremely disappointing when we receive this type of feedback from a client. In regards to this review, we are confused because upon completion of the cleaning, the client provided our team with complements on their work and much appreciated, though unnecessary, gratuity. After receiving her review, we are at a loss of the contradictory actions. Prior to agreeing to the cleaning date and time, our client was made aware that we would be adjusting our schedule to complete her cleaning the day she needed and that the time was not firm. We did arrive 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival time frame, however the client was notified in earlier in the day that we would be arriving late. After this notification, our client agreed to continue with the cleaning and approved the updated start time. Any attempts on behalf of the client to contact us were responded to well within our response threshold of 24 hours. Additionally, this client purchased a deal and received a discounted service price. With respect to the comments about our team not speaking the English language, we pride ourselves on the fact that our diverse cleaning teams can communicate with our clients in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
