Description of Work: Naturally Creative did our kitchen remodel 8 years ago, so we used them again because of the quality of their work and because they are a brick and mortar business. They have a BBB A+ rating . We wanted someone to take on the entire project, from licensing, architectural drawings, installation, inspections, project management and final walk through (soup to nuts).

Description of Work: Naturally Creative renovated my kitchen in 2007-8, which may be too far back to be meaningful. Naturally Creatives's designer recommended an unlicensed contractor, who claimed to be licensed. He took our check and told us he applied for the necessary permits. After several months of excuses, I contacted the permit department in Wilton Manors to find out why our permit was so slow in being issued only to hear there was NO application filed for our project! Then kitchen designer, who planned the project was no longer with the company, which we were not told - just found out by calling to check on status - and we received no attention whatsoever from the owner. Once the actual work began, the "contractor" did not screen off the kitchen, as he said would be done, so our home was continually filled with dirt & dust. The flooring company and the contractor did not cooperate with one another, at all, so every time they were together it was an ongoing p****** contest. Flooring person,also arranged by our original designer, never finished the final sealing of the Saltillo tile. The job took over a year to complete. I would never do business with this company again. |
