While doing landscaping for the house being built next door to mine, the heavy equipment being used by Natural Art broke and/or shifted almost all of the 24" by 24" concrete squares that formed the walk beside my house and tore up some smaller pavers. In addition, a section of piping for the sprinkler system, a section of the pipe that carried the wiring to my swimming pool and some shrubbery were torn up. When I noticed the damage while it was ongoing, the equipment operator stated that the damage would be corrected. The foreman of the project also acknowledged responsibility. The foreman had his men replace the eighteen 24" by 24" concrete squares which had shifted or been broken and stated that the other damage would also be remedied. It never was. The office was contacted. The office manager stated that the owner, Steve, incredibly had disclaimed all responsibility even though two of his employees had acknowledged responsibility and had done some remediation.

The overall design and installation was ok, as long as the general contractor was "riding herd", but the follow up for things like dead and damaged plants was terrible and aggravating. Waiting weeks for someone to show up was the norm. Endless excuses and a complete refusal to take responsibility. For the very high prices they charge there must be better companies available. Not recommended.

I had heard great things about this company... but, unfortunately, their response time was terrible. Showed up late... then didn't get back to me for a month after saying I would receive a quote. Then, came out and visited again... only to still delay the quote for another two weeks. In the end, I was told they were too busy. I would have appreciated knowing this in the beginning and then I would never have wasted my time scheduling appointments.

It is going well other than the lag time in responding to calls/emails. Contracted also for installing pavers in a small area and it was done very well.

The new patio has a nice relaxed feel to it and we simply love it. The landscaper was pleasant and offered good suggestions on the plants to use. They were professional and contentious. The plants came with a guarantee. We really like this company and would tell our friends about them.

NATURAL ART LANDSCAPING COMPANY IS EXCELLENT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR DILIGENT WORK. IT TOOK THEM ROUGHLY THREE HOURS TO CUT THE TREE AND TO PULL IT OUT THE GROUND. I WAS WELL PLEASED WITH THE REASONABLE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED.
