 + -1 moreThey answered the phone and were responsive in making the appointment to clean our house, but then they didn't show up the first day, but they did call to say they were going to be late. Also on the second day they called and said they were going to be late, but we then decided to go with someone else. They were very polite and responsive.

 + -1 moreThe only problem I have is they are very busy, so it is hard to make an appointment. They are very trustworthy. They are bonded. I have used her for 7 years. I trust them with the key to my house.
Description of Work: She does housecleaning including washing of floors, doing windows, ironing, washing and drying clothes, dusting and cleaning of furniture.
