Moving Miss Daisy

Description of Work: To call Wendy's company "movers" does not do it justice. She coordinated the move for my 87 year old friend who was coming out of a nursing home and moving into assisted living. Her men carefully packed all of the treasures at both the nursing home and her condo - they could have been moving their own grandmothers' precious belongings. My elderly friend could be called "difficult" - that would be an understatement. Wendy and her crew handled her with respect and tolerance. Both of the gentlemen (and I mean to use that word) were English speaking and non-smokers. They were clean and neat but the biggest plus is that they were well organized. They handled the transfer to her new apartment, despite the fact that the elevator was unavailable for the hour that lunch was served. Her furnishings were put into place in her new home - TV's were wall mounted - mattresses were switched - furniture was rearranged - the list goes on and on. Wendy kept in touch with the move and came from another job to keep her finger in what was going on - I cannot say enough good things about her and her crew -
