Very disappointed promised to come look at my tree twice and never showed and won't take my calls. Very unprofessional and disappointing

Two weeks have passed and he never called again, never came and I hired someone else.

Owner Mark Hogan, a local Ft. Lauderdale guy, is honest, punctual and pleasant to work with. As a female, it can sometimes be intimidating to have work done inside or outside your home - wondering if you are paying a fair price for the amount of work or feeling comfortable with the workers themselves. Mark and his crew showed up on time, answered all of my questions and got to work. They removed several mature palms/hedges and ground all stumps. When the job was completed they adequately cleaned up all areas of my yard and the street as if they were never there. I would definitely use and recommend MJH!!

He has really good pricing. He doesn't ever give you a time he's going to show up, but he always gets it done well. He may show up that week or the next.

Mark Hogan came to my property on July 1, gave me a contract for the work to be performed, told me he was very busy because of Hurricane season clean up. I told him that was fine, he had been highly reccomened, and I wanted to use his services. He said it would be three weeks vefore he could do the work, which was fine. It took him 6 weeks to get out to do the work, after many phone calls. He arrived today to do the work we walked around the property to reveiw waht was going to be done. I went in the house. About 30 mins later I went outside to take my dogs out. He was gone. I called him he did not answer his phone, I called him for 3 hours, never did he pick up the phone. I told him the last time I called, I had found another person to do the work and I was going to make a report here on Angie's List. I would strongly suggest not using MJH Tree Service.
