The company was paid $65 upfront to service the pool with chemicals weekly for one month. The first time they came out, the rep did a good job. But that's where it ended. The next two times, the rep did nothing more that pour chlorine into the pool--did not measure it and did not test the water. The next week noone came at all. Since I realized I was not getting what I paid for, I cancelled the service. Six months went by without any contact with the company until I was sent to a collection company for another $85. I did not have any contract and there was no penalty for cancelling. The company just decided to make up an invoice and hire a collection company to scare me. I disputed it and the collection company continued their efforts--a clear violation of the law. I consulted two attorneys who said without a doubt I could sue and win but it would end up costing me more in legal fees and be a headache to deal with for months. In addition, this company has a history of putting liens on peoples houses for as little as $85. So after consideration, I just paid the extortion to be done with it. Do not call this company even to ask questions. If they get your name and address, you could end up with a lien on your house and a big pain in the neck.

Off to a rocky start, but all ended well. The technician cleaned the filter temporarily and suggested a purchase a new one. He adjusted some settings and the pump seemed to work better. He returned the next day with my new filter and installed it.

THEY WANTED TO RAISE THE PRICE BY TEN DOLLARS SO I NO LONGER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LEFT ALL KINDS OF DIRT AND LEAVES IN THE POOL. THEY WERE DOING A LOUSY JOB. I WOULD RATHER CLEAN THE POOL MYSELF.
