+ -1 moreI called this company because of a problem with our computer. They called back within the hour and made an appointment to come and service the computer. The technician arrived early, which actually worked out better for us. Within fifteen minutes after arriving the technician had the problem diagnosed and fixed. He then answered some questions we had about our operating system and how to burn CDs and DVDs which was very helpful. The technician did a great job and I will call this company again if we have any future problems with our computers.
Description of Work: The monitor gave me a "Out of Range" message. The technician diagnosed the problem and hooked up the monitor to the computer using a VGA cable which gave us our signal back.

+ -1 moreOverall, my laptop computer problems were fixed by Mike's Computer Service.
Description of Work: My laptop computer was running slow with a strange error message popping up now and then. Mike's Computer Service sends a qualified technician to your home. I have used this company for over five years. They are very quick to respond, always on time and work until the problem is solved. I am very pleased with this company and enjoy the fact that they come to you instead of having to cart your computer to a store where you have to leave it for an unknown length of time. I highly recommend Mike's Computer Service.
