I had a difficult time getting an appointment for pressure washing during this time of year. I called several vendors on Angie's List and the response was less than ideal. The earliest appointment I could get was 3 weeks out. I saw a neighbor's house getting pressure washed by Matrix. I could not miss it because Matrix has a water tank trunk with their banner plastered all over it. I knew by the look of the truck and the equipment that this was not a seasonal pressure washer service or a mom and pop operation. I called the number on the truck and spoke with the owner (Pedro) only after a few hours of speaking with the secretary. Pedro came out the next day on time and provided an estimate that was competitive, and started the next day on the house. When the truck came out, I inspected the equipment (very important in pressure washing) and saw that the equipment was top notch. Additionally, Pedro and his crew use the water from their truck and only when they run out do they tap into your water (minimal). Water savings alone is ($35). It took Matrix almost two full days to pressure wash my house. They are meticulous in their work and take pride in their service to their customers. I checked my roof before and after with no tiles broken. My house looks new, and I could not be happier with the results. You may not see many reviews on Matrix, because they are a relatively new company. I don't think they will have problems getting business. Many of my neighbors saw the work and the equipment and have scheduled with Matrix and cancelled with their regular vendor. Thanks Pedro for your professionalism and pride in the service you provide!
