Since 1972, we have been serving clients throughout Florida as licensed State Certified General Contractors. Some of the improvement opportunities that we provide consist of; revitalized kitchen and bathroom renovations, spacious building additions, and transformational restoration services. Furthermore, we are fully qualified to pull building permits that range from custom residential homes to the construction of a commercial high rise anywhere in the state of Florida. Our mission is to build long term relationships with our clients by exceeding their expectations with superior craftsmanship, exceptional service, utilizing quality resources, and presenting a completed project with the defined deliverables, on budget on time. The management team includes President- Arthur J. Cappelen, Vice-President- Lynden H. Clarke Jr., Secretary / Treasurer- Arthur R. Cappelen II, and Matt Cumings Project Manager. This was a horrible experience and I am now in litigation to have my payments returned. I contracted Masterbuilders to build a pool in August 2019. They subcontracted part of the project with Fountain Blue. In January 2020 Fountain Blue stopped work because Masterbuiders did not pay them. Even though I paid Masterbuilders $54,000 of the $60,000 project costs. I terminated the contract with Masterbuilders and redid a new contract with Fountain Blue to finish the work. Fountain blue management mentioned to me that Blake from Masterbuiders owned their subcontractor money as well.
