Professional and trustworthy

Wrong. Work seemed to be nice at the beginning but problems started a couple of days after. We found hollow floor tiles and one cracked in the shower. The grout wasn't cleaned right. The shower door was installed unleveled. Big gaps between tiles in the shower. Big cracks from grout and mortar. Toilet screws were loose, among other problems. We had Mr. Mendez back after many attempts of contacting him to fix these problems and he didn't want to fix most of them unless we pay him again, which is not right for something he did wrong from the beginning. The problems started again after he tried to fix some of these problems and we contacted him back but he ignored our calls and messages and never called back. He just disappeared. He tried also to charge us more for installing the shower door, even after the agreement. I will pay more attention for these some of these contractors that show to have only 5 stars. Too good to be true. I don't recommend him.

Martin and associate were pleasant, professional and did a great job. Both men took Covid precautions seriously wearing masks the entire time. They were friendly, checked in with us on how we wanted the TVs hung and were very near hiding the wires in the wall. I saved Martin’s number to use for future handy man jobs. Mr. Mendez used precision tools to measure and install both items perfectly. He knew exactly what to do and did it well. I got my money's worth of skilled labor. I will hire him again.
